The Steamy Nook Podcast, a weekly podcast largely focusing on comedic commentary on popular culture of the week, including music, movies, games, tech, recent world news, and any upcoming projects we have going on. Anything that has been announced that we didn't touch in on - get off our backs! We can't tell the future! SORRY! WE did have a guest join in sporadically, reporting straight from the field of The Star War, The Skull. Visit our random guest's podcast - we highly recommend it. We're not just saying that. In Part 2, Laurence interviews creature effects hair specialist Maria Cork, the woman responsible for building and maintaining Chewbacca! Maria has worked on all of the new Star Wars movies, and has incredible stories to tell - from the thrill of styling Yoda's hair on night shoots with Frank Oz, to the unglamourous phenomenon known as "wookiee butt" (a phrase coined by Peter Mayhew himself). She also talks about her work on other films, including the suit of feathers she made for a real live horse on the set of Maleficent.
The first of a 2-part special, in which Laurence & Lindsay sit down with Mason Ball - Star Wars actor and creature performer. Mason played Praster Ommlen in The Force Awakens, and Sosear Latta in The Last Jedi, and tells fascinating stories about what it's like to be inside an animatronic creature, working under JJ Abrams and Rian Johnson, and the pivotal moment he truly realised he was in a Star Wars film.
In this SPECIAL EDITION of The Movie Ark, The Blanchard Brothers (Noah & Gavin) and The Brothers Blanchard (Matthew & Patrick) join Forces for the, first ever, Ark of E Network Roundtable. This episode was recorded on February 17th at The Ark of E Network's Studio North in Virginia Beach. The topic was Star Wars (Multigenerational Fandom, Rogue One, Solo, The Last Jedi) but the tangents (Gavin's missed Space Jam Premiere, Patrick's hatred of, well pretty much everything; and for some reason, The Cloverfield Paradox etc.) said otherwise. The Ark of E Network proudly presents Not Another Star Wars Cast... Intro ("Old Friends" by John Williams) Outro ("Finale" by John Williams) *NOTE* Please forgive the audio quality in some sections of the cast. This was our first time attempting a 4-man, in-studio recording. And a personal apology for myself (Noah) for being way too close to the mic periodically (my first time on an XLR).

We're excited about the prospect of having new Jedis to kick around, and then follow up on an urban legend that actually turned out to be true and a UFO story that probably won’t.
