In this weeks episode of BLEUMAFIA I break down the Bills Vs Bears preseason beatdown in Chicago. I cover a few things that I liked, including the biggest factor that is CULTURE. That's the theme for today, the QB and Coach Culture and how that makes a winning combination. I break down the Bills performance, as well as the performance by the Bears. Talk a little bit about how tough it is to find a top 53 in Buffalo vs other teams around the NFL as we get into final cuts. I breakdown My take - the Conspiracy  Angle on hitting NFL Qbs. How I grew up, how the game has changed, and how QBs earn the ability to not get TAKEN OUT. We talk about how one ole gunslinger's effort to make football non contact at the youth level. Lastly in the NFL segment we talk about who the top new QB/Coach cultures that will certainly make noise this year, and a few who have BIG question marks to answer or be shuffled out for the next tag team. Thanks for listening guys remember to subscribe for Weekly episodes and let me know if you want to chat!Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/rejandthezoo)

Inflation and Fiat Currency vs. Cryptocurrency

Welcome to episode #74 of "Not Me, But You!" Yes there ARE TWO episodes that are numbered 73! But that is because the system would NOT allow me to label one 73-A and the other 73-B! Sorry for the confusion.. It's great to be back creating/podcasting/uploading episodes again. So in a thumbnail sketch summary, inflation is caused, in part, by governments printing MORE fiat currency. IF, the US Gov't prints MORE dollars, then the dollars you already have, ARE WORTH LESS! What happens to PRICES when dollars are worth less? Prices INCREASE, prices RISE! Why?...Because is takes MORE dollars to buy the same things/services that you brought BEFORE the Gov't printed MORE dollars! In my country, the inflation RATE is bogus! Why? Because when the inflation rate is calculated (inflation said to increase about 3% to 4% per year) the cost of FOOD/ENERGY is TAKEN OUT of the calculation! Do you know anyone who can survive WITHOUT food or energy(electricity, gasoline, natural gas etc.)? To get an accurate idea of INFLATION, simply go to the store where you buy groceries and look at the cost of things like milk, eggs, meat, cheese, etc. Have those prices only gone up by 3% to 4% in the past year or 2 years or 5 years?? Haven't you heard an older relative speak about how a GALLON of gasoline used to cost 30 CENTS?!! Why is that? Because of INFLATION! Inflation is like a HIDDEN tax on your money. It is EATING away at the BUYING POWER of your money. What is the solution? You have to make MORE money each year in order to KEEP PACE with the ACTUAL inflation rate!  YouTube link to Michael Saylor video mentioned in this episode  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vuz44fwkEz0&t=2128sWAYPA Today stands for: "What Are You Passionate About Today?" Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams! Email: Waypatoday@gmail.com Website: www.waypatoday.com Facebook Page: Waypa TodayTwitter: Waypa Today

Welcome! This is the second podcast of "Connecting The Testaments," a podcast that is a quest to think and act more like Jesus.   We are building and continuing our quest to answer the question, "What was Jesus' worldview?" (part2).  In conversational style and deep probing discussion, we explore questions like: What does it mean to have a biblical perspective?  Is perspective and worldview synonymous or are they different?  Does our experiencing and perspectives shape how we read and interpret scripture? What was the context and culture that Jesus lived in?  How did he interact with his own culture?  How did this shape his worldview?  Did this affect how he taught?  What was the expectations and perspectives of the early believers?  How did their culture influence their approach to scripture and their orthopraxy (the doing of their faith)?   You will be challenged to take a look at your own perspective and how your experiences have shaped how your approach to the scriptures.  So journey with us in this podcast to dive deep into Jesus' world, his culture, his perspectives, and worldview.  You will be pleasantly surprised. Here are some resources that we have referenced in our last two podcasts that are worth checking out: * "Taken Out of Context." This is four session online course that will help you explore the Second Temple Period, the Jewish sects in Jesus world, other extras biblical sources that shaped their world (i.e. Book of Enoch, etc...), and the overall culture that shaped Jesus' worldview.  * "Behold The Man: Discovering Our Hebrew Lord - The Historical Jesus of Nazareth."  This is a twelve session course that takes a deep dive into the world of Jesus, the Hebraic culture of his day, the Jewish expectations of the Messiah, the importance of the Hebrew language, the Rabbinic methods of discipleship, etc...  This is a must resource for those who are looking to be challenged to grow in their knowledge and perspective of who Jesus was and how he really lived.

James Kerley has hosted some of the coolest shows in Australia, like Balls of Steel, Channel 7, Nickelodeon, Sarvo, Taken Out and The Grammys. He's a great friend and we have always wanted to work together so we have to settle for a crappy podcast for the minute. At the end of the podcast, I try out a new segment where we take a look at some great Aussie history. By the way, he didn't host the Grammys, but I think he would have been awesome if he did.
