Today, Jeremy and Gage talk about, surprise surprise, another bad SCOTUS decision, the cesspool that is r/conservative, the scumminess that surrounds Eric Adams, and finally the blatant hypocrisy that is conservatives and liberals praising the whitewashed legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. on MLK day. Comics have been around for more than a hundred years. For a long time, comics were mainly viewed as light entertainment for kids, but today they can also be seen as an aesthetically ambitious art form. But are comics also a politically significant medium? In this episode, comics artist Daria Bogdanska and professor Magnus Nilsson talk about comics and politics.

What's a Business Quip? It's a joke, son. Such as “Bosses are like your children – both demand ceaseless care and neither ever lets you finish a sentence.” Got it? And your host Bart Jackson has been writing Quips about business, bundling them into books & videos, and announcing them on the Art of the CEO radio show to proffer colleagues in the business community a little wisdom, and a lot of laughter – and, well, because he loves humor. So if you'd like to laugh a lot, gain a little more insight, and take home some ammunition on such subjects as: Management, Paths to Success, Wage Slaves, Technology, the Fickle Finger of Ethics, and many more, tune in for a full show dedicated to The Business Quip.

Our closing theme, "For the 99" by singer/songwriter Jim Clerico (Sandkickin' Music on You Tube)
