Today Haley talks about and shares part of her story with self acceptance and body positivity! She tackles what society thinks we should do and look like with our own bodies instead of what is best for us. Remember, you are beautiful no matter what. Just be happy and healthy - whatever that means for you. The journey of self acceptance may be hard and feels like you'll never get there. But keep going. Keep your head up. Set daily reminders to love yourself. What can your body do? Is it breathing? Moving? Pumping your blood. Helping carry out what you want to do everyday? Start with being thankful for what you have, the love will come soon enough. You got this!
