We, as humans, we've been using psychedelics for thousands, if not tens of thousands of years, but largely, they've been used in ceremonial, shamanic, very high-dose containers to connect with God or source or a greater power. And microdosing is much more nascent in its discovery. It's only been talked about for the last really 10 or 15 years.
