One small change I made that has had a massive rippling effect on my team.  This is something any of network marketers can easily implement, whether you have a team of five, or five-thousand. MLM is entering an entirely new chapter, one that I believe will be the "golden age".  This is one of several items that will set your organization up for online (and offline for that matter) success.  

Sometimes you have to go back to the basics.  The online marketing and automation can be the sexy appeal to the business.  But the dollars and cents are generated by people and conversations.  We're in a golden age for network marketing, but I'm finding many people are confused on what to do.  Back to the basics, do this one thing... and do a LOT of it.

As I started to do more training's in the network marketing community, I've looked for a simple way to explain the components needed to explode growth over time. In preparation of teaching this on a larger stage, in more detail, i thought a bite-size version for my favorite audience would be a good way to start! How I accidentally found success in a strategy I knew I should be doing to grow my MLM business.   This additional publishing channel has helped me increase my podcast downloads, facebook friends, group members, and conversations in a rapid fashion.   The best part is that this can work for anyone... from brand new to top rank. After tackling our two biggest challenges of recruiting and duplication, we knew we finally had a good system in place.  Now it was time to spread the word and grow this thing exponentially.   The only problem was... our team was spread all over the country.  How could we introduce rituals and events to keep everyone "plugged-in" and eager to continue growing their businesses?

Now that we had close to 100 new reps joining each month.... a whole new set of challenges presented itself. The team had gotten too large for one leader to keep up with.  As I became unable to support the workload, I needed to inspire others to step up and lead.  The problem was... I had set them up for failure by not giving them the tools they needed.  The big question was...  how could we standardize a training program that could teach both new and experienced reps exactly what they needed to know.  

With my entrepreneur dreams on the line, I managed to scrape by and bring in 20+ people in my first six months..... but none them them did ANYTHING! Through that failure, I had my biggest breakthrough in business.

The sobering realization that my upline did not have a solution for my recruiting problem.  To be fair, they had warned me that the business was "too hard" for someone in my position.  That only motivated me further....
