Dan Aykroyd's first major acting credit helmed by mega star director Steven Spielberg in this often forgotten gem of 70s cinema, 1941. Join us for an adventure into one of the most forgotten and underrated comedies that introduced some of the greatest comedic voices to mainstream audiences in 1979.

Preston and Nathaniel take a break from toiling away in the Aykroyd mines to watch The Big Bus in remembrance of Ned Beatty. This 1976 disaster film parody about a nuclear powered bus offering non-stop service from New York to Denver -- why not? -- hits many of the same notes as Airplane!, but 4 years earlier!

Today we sit through one of the most shocking films ever made: Michael O'Donoghue's Mr. Mike's Mondo Video. The film's stacked cast features everyone from Bill Murray to Carrie Fisher with baffling footage of musicians like Klaus Nomi. Despite that, it is primarily remembered for a scene in which Dan Aykroyd prods the webbing between his toes with a screwdriver, thus making it essential viewing for all Aykroydheads.

In Episode two, we explore Dan's first feature debut. Love At First Sight (1977) is an independent Canadian RomCom with a lot of interesting material, including Kentucky Fried Chicken.
