Hailing from NSW, Lenny Hayes played 297 games with the Saints, won the Norm Smith Medal in the AFL GF draw of 2010. A 3x Trevor Barker Medal + a 4x All-Australia and last night the latest inductee into the Australian Football Hall of Fame.

Cheryl Salisbury may not be a household name but she is a one of the giants of Australian Sport. Cheryl was captain of the Australian female national team, the Matildas. A fierce competitor on the field, Cheryl make her debut in 1994 and went on to play 151 games for the green and gold, a record number of caps for a female or male player. Cheryl’s achievements saw her named in the FIFA Women’s World XI on two occasions in 2004 and 2007. On 27 January 2009, she announced she would retire after the game against Italy at Parramatta Stadium. The game finished as a 2-2 draw, with Cheryl scoring a penalty also receiving a standing ovation as she was substituted with six minutes remaining. In 2009, Salisbury was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame, in the Hall of Champions category.

Paul Roos is a former Australian rules footballer and senior coach in the Australian Football League (AFL). Roos represented Fitzroy and Sydney during the 1980s and 1990s, playing 356 games over 17 seasons. Roos was the senior coach of the Sydney Swans and Melbourne Football Club from 2002 to 2010 and 2013 to 2016 respectively. Roos was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2005. He has won many accolades throughout his career: he was named All-Australian seven times; received the league's most valuable player (MVP) award; and represented Victoria on 14 occasions in State of Origin. After finishing as a player, Roos went on to become a successful coach at Sydney, guiding the Swans to the 2005 Premiership, their first in 72 seasons. Today, Roos is a media commentator and also works with businesses and people to help them perform at a highest level. We unpacked numerous lessons on leadership that transcend the athletic and business domains and impact the way we live our lives.
