Dr.David Legg is a Professor of Physical Education and President of The International Federation Of Adapted Physical Activity. He holds a PhD from the University of Alberta, an MHK from the University of Windsor, and a BPE from McMaster University. He is also the Past President of the Canadian Paralympic Committee and past board member for the 2015 Pan Parapan American Games in Toronto.
