The Humboldt Education Foundation (HEF) helped to start the Orchestra program for Humboldt Unified School District (HUSD) in partnership with Paula Stewart and a small team of volunteers. This program started in 2018 and kept going through COVID continuing with the mission to help connect students with needed instruments. The Orchestra program has now spread to all levels through HUSD including elementary, middle, and high school! HEF is a qualifying non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that helps support the students and teachers of the Humboldt Unified School District (HUSD).
