This program brings together members of the dog walking community with a common goal: preserve the quality of life for Prescott Valley residents.The expectation is that while participants are out walking their dogs, they will contact PVPD to report graffiti, unsafe conditions, or other issues that may be of concern. It takes the idea of neighborhood watch, changes the idea of neighborhood and gives it feet.
