No mês passado Carol Bastides estava indo para a primeira etapa de QS da sua vida."Na brincadeira", ela disse.Mas parece que Carol não sabe brincar. Saiu de lá com o segundo lugar, deixando pelo caminho veteranas como a multicampeã Silvana Lima e habitués do pódio como Laura Raupp, atual campeã sul-americana do QS. O resultado surpreendeu não só quem viu, mas ela própria, que admite a competitividade como um traço inerente à sua personalidade.Aos 13 anos, além do vice em sua estreia no QS, Carol é quatro vezes campeã brasileira e oito vezes campeã paulista nas categorias de base e faz parte da atual seleção brasileira do ISA Junior, circuito mundial amador realizado pela International Surfing Association. Um belo início de carreira para quem só resolveu aprender a surfar para não ficar atrás em relação à irmã mais velha que, diga-se de passagem, manda bem demais nos esportes, mas se diverte mesmo longe de qualquer competição.Quer conhecer melhor a Carol? Una nuova puntata del ciclo di podcast dedicati allo sport adattato ed inclusivo intitolato il Surf, dal mio punto di vista, a cura della redazione New Voices Lab di Radio32. Il surf è stato introdotto per la prima volta alle olimpiadi estive di Tokyo nel 2021, ma non è ancora presente il surf paralimpico. La nazionale italiana di adaptive surf invece ha partecipato all'evento organizzato dall'ISA, ovvero International Surfing Association che si tiene annualmente dal 2015, in California nel mese di dicembre. L'evento è stato creato per dare l'opportunità ai surfisti con disabilità di competere a livello internazionale. Con tan solo 13 años de edad y natural de Isabela ella no ha dejado que NADA LA DETENGA en seguir hacia adelante y cumplir sus sueños. Ella vá a correr el circuito del US Open Adaptive Surfing Professional World Tour en el 2023, en Hawaii y California. Además, viajará a defender su título de la International Surfing Association el próximo año. Rico de Souza é empresário e surfista, conquistou o primeiro lugar no Campeonato Magno Surf, realizado na praia do Arpoador em 1969. Os outros dois títulos de campeão brasileiro vieram em 1972 e 1973, em Ubatuba. Tricampeão brasileiro de longboard (1987, 1988 e 1989), vice-campeão mundial de longboard nos jogos mundiais amadores da International Surfing Association(1988) e vice-campeão mundial de longboard no circuito da Association of Surfing Professionals (1989). Possui títulos de Cidadão Benemérito do Estado do Rio, Cidadão Honorário da Cidade e Embaixador do Surfe Brasileiro. Vor nunmehr fast 20 Jahren entdeckte Peter das Surfen. Er hing seinen Job in Deutschland an den Nagel und surfte auf der ganzen Welt. Anfangs als Surflehrer tätig transferierte er zur International Surfing Association und bildet heute Surflehrer aus. In seiner Wahlheimat Portugal ist er zudem Head Coach eines internationalen Surf Camps und hat viel über seine große Leidenschaft des Surfens, dessen Entwicklung im Laufe der Zeit sowie aktuelle Geschehnisse zu erzählen. A sus 21 años de edad, Ana Laura González es una de las surfistas más reconocidas en México y a nivel mundial. En 2013 se convirtió en campeona nacional Sub-16 y Sub-18 , obtuvo el 9º lugar en el World Junior Surfing Championship de la International Surfing Association.  Es la surfista mexicana más joven en enfrentarse al mar en la isla de Todos Santos y una mujer fuerte y valiente con ganas de triunfar.

From his early days in Portugal, to the UK to Hawaii, Tristan Boxford has led a vibrant life embracing all aspects of the ocean.
