The duo also heap praise on Gary Devenney after his departure from the club following 13 years service, as well as commenting on NIFL's 'Statement Shirt' campaign which aims to promote mental health well-being. The former Cliftonville Chairman remarked on the Reds' success against Coleraine in last Sunday's BetMcLean League Cup final. Speaking to Damian Mullan and Johnny McNabb, the NIFL chief spoke about the record attendance at Windsor Park, the likelihood of another final on a Sunday and the relationship between clubs in the pyramid. Lawlor also discussed at length about the potential stadia funding, as well as the Irish League's potential to develop more players into the Northern Ireland international set-up.

James Shiver Jr. has been involved with indoor football from the very beginning as a player for the Louisiana (Baton Rouge) Bayou Beast as a player in 1998 and as a coach for several seasons with the Lake Charles (LA) Land Sharks of the National Indoor Football League. Shiver's parents owned the Bayou Beast and his mother, Carolyn Shiver, was the founder and top executive of the National Indoor Football League. The NIFL was founded in 2001 after the collapse of the Indoor Football League (Episode 2 - IFL executive Tom Tomaszewski) and absorbed many former IFL cities. The league expanded to many cities throughout the United States and even partnered with the NFL at one point before its collapse in 2007. Among other topics discussed in episode three - Shiver shares what happened to the Castle Prop from Episode two and discussed NIFL plans to expand to Canada and Mexico.
