Il y a facilement un bon mois, Adrien Garcia et moi nous nous rencontrions au café Napoleon de la très animée rue Saint-Denis à Paris. L'objet de ce rdv était de faire connaissance mais aussi de me venir en aide en me faisant de façon très bienveillante et sans rien attendre en retour (ce qui est très rare) les réglages nécessaires à mon boîtier de mixage d'entrée de son. Le podcast Gentleman Chemistry, disons-le, existe aussi grâce à Adrien. Adrien Garcia naquit en région Lyonnaise mais a grandit en Bretagne pour enfin arriver à Paris, ou plus récemment durant l'été  2017 il murit une idée de création de podcast autour de la mode et de l'entrepreneuriat : le podcast Entreprendre dans la Mode est né. Durant son parcours scolaire après avoir obtenu un BAC ES et une formation d'Ecole Hôtelière à Vatel qui lui ouvrit l'esprit sur plusieurs points, notamment le savoir être puis un MBE à l'Essec. Sa monté des marches en milieu professionnel commença dans des entreprises food telles qu'Alain Ducasse et Prêt à Manger dans des postes de développement de produit, puis ensuite dans des Maisons de mode (6 mois chez Louis Vuitton en tant qu'assistant Designer Maroquinerie et Balenciaga en tant qu'assistant Designer Sac à Main) en parallèle de son podcast Entreprendre dans la Mode où germe une nouvelle idée - celle de créer sa propre marque de mode responsable: Réuni . Adrien a un regard intelligent et bienveillant, il applique des principes de vie basés sur le respect de son prochain et sur le partage. Par une remise en question personnelle du sens qu'Adrien voulait donner à sa vie mais aussi par soif de liberté et d'aventure et pour vivre plusieurs vies il se jette dans le bain de l'entrepreneuriat, en apprenant à faire des choses qu'il ne faisait pas forcement avant : développer un produit, faire du marketing, de la communication, prendre la parole en public, faire de la comptabilité... Ce qui est frappant chez Adrien, c'est cette forme d'intelligence émotionnelle dont il dispose. Dès ses recherches de stages il se crée des opportunités de façon très humble en sollicitant des "rdv cafés" sur linkedin ou par d'autres moyens pour avoir un premier contact lui permettant de raconter son pitch dans le but de créer du lien. En somme la base de bonnes Relations Publiques, mais toujours sans jamais avoir l'air d'avoir dents longues! Il décline cette méthode de prise de contact avec son podcast Entreprendre dans la Mode : en essayant d'avoir des "atomes crochus" avec ses interlocuteurs - ce qui au passage lui fait gagner énormément confiance en lui pour quelqu'un qui était plutôt de nature introvertie et timide. Il écoute sans compter les podcast de Tim Ferris. L'outil de communication lui donne le sentiment d'être présent dans l'interview. La suite logique c'était de créer son propre média sans autre objectif que de faire des rencontres humaines et entrepreneuriales passionnantes qui se fera très lentement une place dans le monde du  podcast de façon régulière et organique grâce au sérieux de ses contenus et la qualité de ses prestigieux invités, allant de : l'incroyable Ramdane Touhami (Officine Universelle Buly, Cire Trudon...) à Marie-France Cohen (Merci, Bonpoint...) jusqu'à Vivienne Westwood. Depuis quelques mois Adrien produit le podcast de : Première Vision, Nelly Rodi en plus d'aider des particuliers à lancer leur propre podcast. Son objectif est de se positionner comme le podcast référent en matière de mode. C'est durant le podcast avec Marie-France Cohen qu'il a le déclic de se dire je dois créer une marque de mode féminine: Réuni. Oui mais une marque de mode responsable et transparente en précommande, calquée sur le business model de la succes story de la marque Asphalte. Il décide de créer comme premier produit un pull en laine fabriqué en Espagne dans une petite entreprise familiale de Tolède qui devrait être lancé de façon officielle courant Octobre 2019. En Estados Unidos la discográfica Metamusic publicó una recopilación de su obra para piano bajo el título “Timeless” con el sistema Hemi-Sync® . Entre sus composiciones para orquesta señalar su poema Sinfónico “La Cigúeña Blanca” interpretada, entre otras salas, en el Auditorio Nacional de Música de Madrid (Orquesta Luigi Boccherini, Dir. Pascual Osa, 1998), Saint-Denis (Paris) y Auditorio de Zaragoza; y Kairós Oda para Oficio de difuntos( dos trompetas y cuerda) estrenada por la Orquesta de Cámara Andaluza y dirección de Michael Thomas. Posteriormente esta obra fue interpretada por la Orquesta Filarmonía y dirección de Pascual Osa en la Iglesia de Alcaracejos (Córdoba) e Iglesia Basílica de Jesús de Medinaceli, esta última dentro del Ciclo de Música Sacra Madrid 2007. También ha sido interpretada por la Filarmónica de Chestochova en Polonia y la Pro UN Ensemble & Choir en la Fundación Gabarrón de Nueva York como parte de la September Concert Initiative. Kairós, en la antigua Grecia, era el tiempo suspendido, sin medida, profundo, no cronometrado, decidido, el deseado, … el momento oportuno. En la tradición Cristiana se asocia al momento de transición entre la Vida y el Más Allá. También Resaltar la obra Spes (Himno a la Esperanza) para Orquesta, Coro y Solistas. Pablo Peláez ha cedido todos los derechos de la obra al CERMI, Comité Español de Representantes de Personas con Discapacidad, para contribuir a la divulgación e implementación de la Convención sobre los Derechos de las personas con discapacidad. Esta obra, siempre dirigida por Pascual Osa, ha sido interpretada en el Auditorio Nacional de Música y en el Auditorio de Zaragoza (donde fue grabada). La Fundación ONCE eligió la obra para la ceremonia de entrega de los Premios al Merito del Trabajo 2011 y los Premios Discapnet que fueron entregados por, a la sazón, S.A.R. la Princesa de Asturias. En septiembre de 2011, por iniciativa de la Oficina de Derechos Humanos del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores, la Pro UN Ensemble & Choir dirigida por Pascual Osa interpretó Spes en la Sede de la ONU en Nueva York en el marco de la IV Conferencia de Estados Parte de la Convención. Spes ha supuesto para Pablo Peláez ser reconocido con el Premio CERMI 2011 en la categoría Acción Social y Cultural por el valor de sensibilización y visibilidad de la discapacidad a través de una composición musical, que ha contribuido a difundir ampliamente el nuevo paradigma de la discapacidad y la defensa de la diversidad humana.
