Bob Seger is a staple on classic rock stations. Whether he was with the Silver Bullet Band or the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section, Bob's legendry voice and incredible lyrics slowly propelled him into stardom. Night Moves was his 9th studio album. It changed him from a local Detroit star into national one. The album made it to Number 8 on the Billboard Charts and eventually went platinum 6 times! The album contains many classic rock staples, like the title track, Rock And Roll Never Forgets, Mainstreet and more. As usual the boys breakdown and dissect the tracks and rank the songs. On the 66th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest, Shout It Out Loudcast Hall Of Famer, Nige Savage , review the 1987 classic thrash album from Anthrax, "Among The Living." Anthrax is considered to be part of the Big 4 of Thrash, along with Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer. Their classic lineup which was on Among The Living, consisted of drummer extraordinaire, Charlie Benante, who amazingly wrote most of their guitar riffs, rhythm guitarist Scott Ian who wrote most of their lyrics bassist Frank Bello, who was Charlie's nephew, lead guitarist Dan Spitz and lead singer Joey Belladonna. The band was looking to get to the next level and enlisted legendary producer Eddie Kramer to get their 3rd album just right. The album made it to Number 62 on the Billboard Charts and went gold. Among The Living was a breakthrough for the band and is considered their best album by many. The album featured many classic Anthrax songs like, I Am The Law, Indians, Caught In A Mosh and more. So It Goes was a British TV Show that aired on Granada Television between 1976-1977 and hosted by Tony Wilson. KISS was in England for the first time and Wilson was there to interview them at their first concert on May 13, 1976 at Free Trade Hall. The short clip was fascinating for many reasons and appeared on KISSology Volume 1. The guys break down the clip SIOL style and discuss the interesting aspects of it. This week Tom & Zeus break down KISS' 1976 appearance on the British TV Show, "So It Goes." So It Goes was a British TV Show that aired on Granada Television between 1976-1977 and hosted by Tony Wilson. KISS was in England for the first time and Wilson was there to interview them at their first concert on May 13, 1976 at Free Trade Hall. The short clip was fascinating for many reasons and appeared on KISSology Volume 1. The guys break down the clip SIOL style and discuss the interesting aspects of it. The guys then rank this KISS TV appearance against the previous KISS TV appearances they have reviewed so far. On the 65th Episode of the Album Review Crew of Shout It Out Loudcast, Tom, Zeus & special guest, Shout It Out Loudcast Hall of Famer, Jeff Trott review the 1993 classic Hip-Hop album by Snoop Doggy Dogg, "Doggystyle." This is ARC's first Hip-Hop album review. The debut album from Snoop Doggy Dogg was highly anticipated after Snoop's appearance on Dr. Dre's "The Chronic" just one year earlier. The album was produced famously by Dr. Dre and was a breakthrough for G Funk style of Hip-Hop. The album features many contributions, including, Dr. Dre, Tha Dogg Pound, The D.O.C., Warren G, Nate Dogg, Daz, Korrupt, Lady Of Rage and more. The album went immediately to #1 US Billboard album charts and went on to become 4x Platinum and eventually selling 11 million albums worldwide. The album is known for the legendary rap skills of Snoop and the beats from Dre, which were revolutionary. The album catapulted Snoop Doggy Dogg into a super stardom celebrity status.
