The ones without systems, without structure, and without a real plan. But this week, I'm taking it one step further… because being “not lazy” isn't enough.Being busy isn't the badge of honour people think it is.I see too many agents running themselves into the ground, mistaking motion for momentum.Packed schedules. Empty pipelines. Burnout. No deals. In this solo episode, I'm breaking down exactly how the top-performing real estate agents are operating in 2025 - what they're doing differently, how they're structuring their days, and what you need to fix if you want to close more, earn more, and build a real business in this market. If you're tired of being busy but broke, this one's for you.

Some markets are heating up. Others are dead quiet. Rates are holding, inventory is tight, and after a federal election that brought zero change - frustration is at an all-time high.Buyers are hesitating. Sellers are stuck in the past. And too many agents? They're just sitting back, waiting for the spring market to “do the work.”But here's the truth: spring isn't saving anyone - it's exposing the agents who aren't doing enough. In this solo episode, I'm diving into the harsh reality of the current Canadian housing market, the mindset mistakes holding people back, and the real reason some agents are closing deals while others are spinning their wheels. We'll talk about what's not working, what is, and how to shift your strategy so you stop blaming the market - and start building momentum. And yes, I'm also opening up about something big: I've been thinking seriously about shutting this podcast down or possibly reducing the frequency. I'm asking for your input. If this show has meant something to you - let me know.

Welcome back to the all-new Season 7 of The MindShare PodCast!Part 1: The Time for Planning is Over. Action Wins Every Time! The "thinking phase" is done. The fastest path to success is action, not perfection.Stop chasing motivation. Start chasing momentum.Track micro-wins every day.Implementation beats education every single time.Action Step: Start a “Win Tracker.” Every day, track every single action that moves you forward - calls made, DMs sent, meetings booked, emails followed up on. It's not about one big win, it's about all the micro-wins you stack throughout the day. Watch how quickly you go from 'feeling stuck' to 'unstoppable.'Part 2: Marketing in 2025 - What's In, What's Out, and What You Need To Do.Online leads are becoming obsolete.AI-generated messages are everywhere, and people can tell.People are craving authentic, real human interactions.Social media DMs are the new connection point.Action Step: Every day, send 5 DMs to people you're connected with. Not to sell—just to connect. Check in. Start a conversation. Ask them how they're doing. And track every one of those DMs in your Win TrackerPart 3: Why 1:1 Connections Will Always Be The Foundation of This Business.Real estate is about people, not transactions.Relationships are recession-proof.Trust is your most valuable currency.Action Step: Every day, focus on 5 real connections. That could be calls, texts, DMs, or even in-person conversations. But they have to be real—not scripted, not robotic, not AI-generated. Track them in your Win Tracker. Watch how fast your business grows when you focus on people instead of platforms.Part 4: My Message To YouSuccess isn't about luck—it's about consistency.Consistency beats intensity.Progress over perfection. You don't need to be the best. You just need to be the most consistent.Action Steps: Track your micro-wins every day.Focus on human-to-human connection.Stay consistent, even when you don't feel like it.If you do those three things, this year will be your best year yet. That's it for the first episode of Season 7 of the Mindshare Podcast!  I hope you're ready to hit the ground running because there's no more waiting, no more planning - only action. If you got value from this episode about Your Ultimate Game Plan for 2025 - How to Start Strong and Stay Consistent, share it with someone who needs to hear it. And if you're serious about winning this year, start tracking your daily wins TODAY. This is Season 7. We start off with  a quick review about the past few shows, the messages, and who our guests were. We've truly been very fortunate to have such a powerful line up join us each week to share insights, teach, and inspire us all to grow to our next levels. Then we cover off 4 strategic areas of conversation along with action steps we can all walk away and implement immediately.Reflecting on the Year That Was:Think about the year so far. What moments stand out? What were your big wins—and what lessons did you learn along the way?Action Steps: - Take 15 minutes today to reflect on your wins and challenges. - Write down at least three wins and three lessons. - How did those lessons change the way you think or work? - What will you do differently next year because of them? - Be sure to include any moments of rejection in your list. How did you react to it? What can you learn from those moments of ‘no'? The Mindset You Need Moving Forward:This is where things can truly change. You can have all the tools, all the strategies in the world - but if you don't have the right mindset, it's all for nothing. Action Steps:- Take a moment and think about where your mindset is right now. - Are you being proactive, or are you waiting for things to happen? - Write down the biggest mental barrier that's holding you back. - What's one way you can challenge it in the coming week?Don't shy away from the hard work that's ahead. Embrace it. It's the grind that leads to greatness!Setting Your Goals for the New Year:We've all set goals that sound good in theory, but they don't actually move the needle. Action Steps:- Set three specific, measurable, achievable goals for the upcoming year. - Make sure they're aligned with your bigger vision and break them down into actionable steps. - What will you do this week, this month, this quarter to get closer to them? Remember, as you tackle these goals, the hard work never stops. Consistency is the key to unlocking success. The Power of Consistency and Execution:This is where so many people fall short. It's easy to start strong, but what sets successful people apart is the ability to keep going, even when motivation wanes. Motivation is a great spark, but it's consistency that fuels the fire.Action Steps: - What's one small habit you can commit to every day for the next 30 days that will bring you closer to your goals? - Make it so small that there's no excuse not to do it. And I want you to track your progress every day. So there you have it. The key to success next year isn't waiting for the perfect moment - it's about starting right now. Reflect on your wins, set clear goals, develop the mindset that will carry you through, and stay consistent.  If you commit to these actions, 2025 is going to be your best year yet.Get your FREE gift on my homepage at www.mindshare101.com just for tuning in!I'd also be really grateful if you could take a quick second to go www.ratethispodcast.com/mindshare101 to rate the show for me.And we haven't connected yet, send me a message!Facebook: facebook.com/mindshare101 Instagram: instagram.com/davidgreenspan101Youtube: youtube.com/@DavidGreenspanLinkedin: linkedin.com/in/mindshare101

The Solo 401(k) allows for significant tax-deferred contributions and offers flexibility in investment choices, making it an attractive option for individuals with substantial cash flow. The conversation covers key aspects of the Solo 401(k), including contribution limits, which mirror those of traditional 401(k) plans but allow for higher maximum contributions, especially if you're over 50. Justin explains that this plan is ideal for business owners who have higher income levels and seek to maximize their retirement savings. Additionally, the Solo 401(k) offers various investment options and potentially lower fees compared to traditional 401(k) plans, though it does require careful management to avoid complications, especially as the account grows. Welcome back ATO Family  We wanted to take this opportunity to give an update on the show and tell you about the Dallas Police Department's upcoming David Clark Superhero Health Fair. This will be the third Health Fair that was created to provide active first responders with access to key medical screenings and technology used to identify silent health conditions, as well as direct access to preventative health services, nutrition resources, and fitness techniques.  The idea for this fair was created by Carly Zoerb, the sister of Dallas Officer David Clark, who made it her passion to help first responders have access to needed preventative tests and education. The David Clark Superhero Health Fair was organized in honor a late Dallas police officer. The 33-year-old died unexpectedly from a heart attack on his way into work. Clark worked for the Dallas Police Department for 12 years and was described as someone who enjoyed helping people. David was the model of physical fitness and took diet and working out very serious. Currently Dallas officers are not required to have annual physicals or evaluations. Russ Burnham with Frontline Mobile Health joined us for this episode and gave incredible perspective and insight on the resources that will be available.
