If you're not familiar with SMU aka Sean Murphy, SMU is an emerging talent breaking into the scene from Kilkenny. The 24 year old has been working on his craft for the last seven years, focusing his energy into the faster end of the techno spectrum. With a collection of excellent releases on Subwoofer Records, Industrial Techno United & Coup to name a few, plus a heap of self released tracks via his own channels, SMU has had a rapid start to his career as a producer, as his brand of 145+ BPM high energy techno releases continue to flow. Techno DJ and producer based in Aachen, Germany. She began as a dj in Tokyo in 2000 and later moved to Ireland in 2007. She steadily built up her career and received invitations to events organized by Innergroove, Micronite, and others in Ireland. In 2012 she moved to the industrial city of Katowice, southern Poland, and began appearing at various festivals across Eastern Europe. At March 2014, she moved her base of operations once more, this time to the city of Aquisgrana in the Westphalia region of Germany. It was there that she created her own label, Physical Techno Recordings, along with the sub-label Kalmary Records, which are presently active in several countries in Europe. She started DJ-ing in 2003 at clubs and parties in Rome. Her sound has always varied between hard and deep techno but she is best known for her 130 to 140 bpm, dynamic techno and acid DJ sets. In the late 90s there was not much subculture for the kids and teens, so his awakening as a musician was highly influenced by the sounds of the early “gabber"-scene and came for the first time in touch with vinyl and turntables. His work as a DJ started in 2002 with a lot of gigs in regional locations like “Berks Dancing” in Würselen and especially as a regular contributor to the line up of the artsy techno & house cafe “De Kachel”. At first stricly into the typical hardcore and tekstyle, which was very popular in the netherlands these days. During the years at “De Kachel” his prefered style changed into more decent and various subgenres of house and techno. Developing his view on (electronic) music in general flew in the decision to produce his very own tracks. The first official release was done for Fall Head Records in decembre 2013 and right away he continued with a prolofic series of ambitious pieces of intractable techno music. Some tracks with traditional sounds, others experimental - but never loosing sight of the dancefloor. His music has been a fitting program for parties in lounge bars, sometimes mainstream discos and mostly intimate clubs. Still a deeply interested listener, passionated fan and partygoer when it comes to fine techno music, he got in contact with many other labels and released in 2014 a bunch of tracks and remixes for Kevod Audio, Subwoofer Records, Creed Records, Physical Techno Recordings, Oxytech Records and a few more. Stefano Alterio AKA Steve Alterio is an Italian DJ, producer and remixer. Was born in the province of Benevento in 1993. In 2005 Stephen comes into contact with reality that will help him develop his current musical style. Her room becomes a mess sonar where it relieves their passion ... fascinated by the world of the night and the music club and after his travels in Italy, London, Spain and Germany and many other cities, where it comes into contact with new sounds,experimenting with these sounds in his DJ sets and productions. Alongside internationally renowned artists and not, as : Rino Cerrone, Francesco Farfa, Danilo Orsini, Markantonio, Raffaele Attanasio, Antonio Pepe, Audiomatiques and many more.. The first time he became acquainted with techno music, was almost a ¼ century ago. As a newcomer, who liked to declare himself an Old-school Revoluzer, he started in early December 2011 as a career DJ, and in January 2013, as a career Producer. In 2013, he spent nearly every minute of his free time learning how to produce electronic dance music. Intensive learning, hard work and ambition had paid off in 2014, with the release of his first self -produced tracks. It´s just so indescribable and really much earlier than he had expected. Today, some years later, she has not only inspired some guys with home booth architecture, but also provided sore leg muscles for many party freaks. In recent years her reputation as insatiable sound machine has grown continuously and an outstanding club history and large fan base have been established. From Berlin over Frankfurt, Ibiza over Hongkong; the live wire behind the decks is well-known in hot spotted techno clubs for special marathon sets up to 16 hours, but also on festivals like Nature One, Mayday, Winterworld, Soundtropolis, Syndicate, Echolot Festival, Ruhr in Love or Loveparade. The ingredients of her dark powerful sound are straight techno rhythms with fat dirty bass-lines, peppered with tribal and hypnotic sounds. Soon he aquired his own turntables and he thought himself how to mix tracks together, his love for Techno emerged. He began mixing on private partys, later he got gigs in several clubs. In 2009 he started to experiment with Abelton to produce his own electronic music. At this point some informal tracks of his experiments originated, at first they remained unpublished. To carry out his scheme he used various social networks for promotion purposes, at last his first track „Modulator“ was published in spring 2014 by Heftys Label „Darker Sounds“. Soon further releases followed through Record Labels like Subwoofer Records and Toxic Recordings. Mit dem Auflegen begann er vor etwa zwei Jahren mit nahezu jeglicher Art von elektronischer Musik, welche sich jedoch rasch auf reinen Techno reduzierte. Sein großer Wunsch war es allerdings, irgendwann seine eigenen Tracks in seine treibenden Sets einzubauen, weshalb schnell das Interesse zum Produzieren geweckt wurde. Dies führte im Dezember 2013 zu seinem ersten Release auf Solid Groove Records. Im Jahr 2014 hat er bereits auf Labels wie Hardwandler Records oder Art Style: Techno Records released und Releases auf Subwoofer Records und Teksession Records sind in Arbeit. In seiner Remix EP "Limits Of Pain" sind Remixe von renomierte Artists wie bspw. Yannick Fuchs, Kai Pattenberg oder Miditec vertreten. Im Oktober 2013 gründete er die Techno Event Reihe "Ravefaction" mit ihm als Resident. Ravefaction beinhaltet mitlerweile auch einen sehr erfolgreichen, wöchentlichen erscheinenden Podcast und hat sich einen Namen in der Szene gemacht.
