Halbuki Allâhü Teâlâ dilleriyle ikrar eden münafıklar hakkında şöyle buyurmaktadır; “Allâh o münafıkların hiç şüphesiz yalancılar olduklarına şahadet eder.” (Münafikun s. 1) Ehl-i Kitap hakkında ise varit olan ayet şöyledir: “Kendilerine kitap verdiklerimiz peygamberi, oğullarını tanıdıkları gibi tanırlar.” (Bakara s. 146) Ne var ki bunu kâbullenip dilleriyle ikrar etmezler. İman ne artar ne de eksilir. Çünkü imanın azalması ancak küfrün artması ile; artması da ancak küfrün azalması ile tasavvur edilebilir. Bu durumda, bir kişinin aynı anda mü'min ve kafir olması nasıl mümkün olur? Mü'min, gerçek anlamda inanan, kafir de hakiki manada inkar edendir. İmanda şüphe olmaz. Tıpkı küfürde olmadığı gibi. Bu bağlamda Cenâb-ı Hâkk şöyle buyurmaktadır: “İşte onlar gerçekten mümindirler.” (Enfal s. 4) ve “İşte onlar gerçekten kafirdirler.” (Nisa s. 151)Efendimiz (s.a.v.) ümmet kadrosuna dahil olan günâhkarların tamamı gerçekten mü'mindir, kafir değillerdir. Amel imandan ayrı, iman da amelden farklıdır. Şöyle ki; amel mükellefiyetinin mü'minden kalktığı birçok zaman vardır. Fakat bu durumda imanın ondan gittiği söylenemez. Hayızlı kadın namaz kılmaktan muaf kılınmıştır. Böyle bir kadın için “Allâh (c.c.) onun kalbinden imanı çıkarmıştır ve ona imanı terk etmeyi emretmiştir” denemez. Şeriat o kadına; “Orucu bırak, sonra tutmadığın günleri kaza et” der. Kadına; “İmanı terk et, sonra kaza edersin” denmesi caiz değildir.(www.imamiazam.com)

A Christchurch school is offering financial incentives to families whose kids meet attendance targets. The government has set a target of 80% of students being in class 90% of the time by 2030. Te Kōmanawa Rowley Primary School has set a slightly lower target than the government in a bid to boost attendance. Students who turn up for 80% of the time in term four will get a new uniform for next year and free stationary. Principal, Graeme Norman spoke to Lisa Owen.

Earlier this month, the UN Subcommittee on the Prevention of Torture visited Aotearoa for the first time since 2013. The delegation made a range of unannounced visits to facilities such as prisons, police stations, and youth justice and protection residencies.     The end of visit observations included a repeated emphasis on strengthening investment in and utility of our National Preventative Mechanism - the collective of Aotearoa's independent statutory organisations tasked with advancing the kaupapa to keep detained people safe.   The subcommittee's final report will be delivered to Aotearoa's government, which is then up to government discretion whether the document is made public.    Producer Jasmine Gray spoke to Meg de Ronde, CEO of Te Kāhui Tika Tangata (Human Rights Commission) - the coordinating body of the National Preventative Mechanism - about the subcommittee's statements.
