American football quarterback
POPULARITY
A former Tennessee Titans quarterback, Zach Mettenberger, has been named the football coach at a Nashville high school. It is the latest move in a long and winding (and not always successful) career that shows how much Mettenberger loves the game. ... A potential future Titans quarterback, Miami's Cam Ward, said this week that any team that does not draft him will regret that decision. Ward also talked about why he played only one-half of his team's bowl game. His quotes made headlines, but were they really noteworthy? And did they reveal anything about Ward that the Titans should consider as they weigh who to select with the No. 1 overall pick in this year's draft. ... The end of the current contract year is fast approaching, and the Titans have 20 pending unrestricted free agents. None of them are big-time contributors, as was the case a year ago. In fact, none might be considered irreplaceable, particularly for a team that only won three games.
The guys did something a little different today. Yes, they did a full recap of the classic 2013 LSU-Georgia game, but before they dug into that, they talked about the circumstances surrounding Mike Leach's tweet. With so much discussion about the reaction, the guys wanted to share their thoughts on that. As for the 2013 LSU-Georgia game (19:35), they went through everything that made up one of the games of the year that season. From the cast to the superlatives, this game was star-studded with a Hollywood script thanks to Zach Mettenberger's return to Georgia. The guys offer up a full breakdown of the wild afternoon in Athens.

We are starting to hit that lull in the off-season, where not a whole lot is really happening. There is some news to talk about though and we cover as much as we can of it. Zach Mettenberger has been released by the Titans, we discuss if he has any potential landing spots, there’s some injury news, as Shaq Lawson has to have shoulder surgery and may not be ready to start the season, Sammy Watkins also has a broken bone in his foot as well. The Atlanta Falcons made some waves with their possibly cheaply priced concessions, Jason Jones signs with the Dolphins and Anquan Boldin could go to the Titans. We also keep things going with our burning questions on some NFL teams. What questions do we ask? Tune in to find out.
