The inspiration for this week's episode was taken from a book that I read on manifestation and energy, and I have to say it inspired me on what NOT to do.This book encouraged you to compartmentalize your emotions, a bunch of emotions in a negative bucket and a bunch of emotions in a positive bucket. Sometimes we face trials or difficulties and we can get pulled out of our calm core or feel disconnected from our higher power. During these times, we need a strong spiritual foundation to bring us back to that calm and reconnect us with the Divine. These are our core practices and they need to be something we can do almost automatically. Because if they're not, we won't feel like doing them when things are difficult.
