Ever feel like fear, perfectionism, or money stress keeps holding you back? Or that you're waiting for permission? When there's uncertainty in politics and the economy, it can feel easier to put your head in the sand than show up in your business. And on this week's Chill & Prosper episode, I'm answering your questions - including: ✨ How to chase a dream when the world feels uncertain ✨ Balancing the boring business stuff with the dreamy manifesting stuff ✨ Dealing with tariffs, politics, and unexpected price hikes ✨ Why “new level, old devils” shows up for all of us (yes, even millionaires) ✨ And how to finally stop waiting for things to be perfect before you start Mindset matters more than ever right now with all of the stuff that's happening in the world - we've got people to help and dreams to chase, so let's get smart and get through this together.

Woohoo! Welcome to Step 3 of our Money Manifesting Challenge. Today's video is my FAVE! This is perfect for you if you struggle to do the personal development things that you know you SHOULD do. You know, like daily journaling or meditating. I've never been good at those. So Step 3 is designed to help you feel good NOW in that frustrating lag time between when you state a goal and when it shows up. Register for the Challenge at https://www.denisedt.com/challenge

Yay! Here we go… Step 2! Today we're going to get specific about how much money you'd like to manifest. I hope Step 1 really showed you that without decluttering your negative beliefs, you'll constantly be fighting and sabotaging yourself... Working on this step is a game changer because it stops you from unconsciously blocking your success. Ok - let's move on to step two, which sounds easy in theory, but I see so many people unconsciously mess it up. Register for the Challenge at https://www.denisedt.com/challenge

It's time! The 5x5 Money Manifesting Challenge starts NOW! Watch this video to find out about Step 1 of the money manifesting process and your actions for today. Today's step is Symbolic Decluttering! Decluttering might sound simple, but it's one of the most powerful ways to shift your energy and make room for more money. Even if you've done it before, clutter always creeps back in and it can quietly block your flow. I like to think of abundance like a river. When it's clear, money and opportunities flow easily. When it's full of old junk like outdated beliefs, half-finished projects, or messy paperwork, everything slows down. So today, your task is to declutter symbolically for abundance. It could be cleaning out your wallet, tidying your workspace, canceling unused subscriptions, or letting go of something that feels like old energy. These actions might seem small, but they're incredibly powerful. They show the Universe you're ready for something new to flow in. Register for the Challenge at https://www.denisedt.com/challenge

Manifesting isn't just woo-woo - it's practical, powerful, and sometimes a little bit magical. In this week's Chill & Prosper, I share my favourite manifesting tools (yes, even if you're a skeptic like me) and how they've shaped my life and business.

This week's Chill & Prosper is one of those jam-packed episodes where we cover everything from parenting to property - and how to manifest your desires when the pressure is on.

What if someone posts a nasty comment on your Instagram? What if they make it personal—about your body, your face, or your voice? And… what if that fear is stopping you from showing up at all? It's Spooky Season and haters and trolls are pretty scary, so in this week's episode of Chill & Prosper, I'm talking about: ✨ How I handle haters, trolls, and Debbie Downers online ✨ The early wounds that criticism reactivates - and how to heal them ✨ Why you're allowed to block, delete, and protect your peace ✨ What to do if you fear being misunderstood or targeted ✨ My “No Soup For You” boundary trick (you'll love this one) This one's a permission slip to block, delete, and protect your magic.

Ever worried that your book, your blog, or your freebies give away too much Or wondered if people would really pay for what you do? In this week's Chill & Prosper, I'm unpacking the truth: ✨ Why people happily pay for experiences they could technically get for free ✨ What you're really charging for (it's rarely the PDFs or videos) ✨ The role of community, accountability, and spaciousness in your offers ✨ How your childhood “wounds” might hide your true zone of genius ✨ Why you don't have to convince skeptics - they're not your market This episode is part pep talk, part reframe, and permission to charge for the value you already bring.

Do you ever feel like you're the wrong age for success? Too young to be credible… or too old to stay relevant? In this week's Chill & Prosper Q&A episode, I'm tackling those fears (and more)

In this week's episode of Chill & Prosper, we're going deep on two things so many entrepreneurs wrestle with: ✨ Self-doubt (especially fears when trying something new) ✨ Money shame (especially around debt + taxes)

Ever felt awkward setting your prices, chasing payments, or even just talking about money? You're not alone and you're likely carrying money patterns from childhood. In this week's Chill & Prosper, I share: How being told “money is rude” still makes it hard to talk prices today Why allowance (or lack of it) creates guilt, rebellion, or over-correction How divorce, alimony, and contrast growing up impact your self-worth Simple “pattern interrupters” to shift these stories for good Why compassion - for yourself and others - is key to rewriting money patterns By having compassion for yourself, you can spot the threads from your childhood that are impacting your relationship with money and finally let them go.

I love exploring money mindset across different industries and types of businesses. So today, I've got something unusual - a guest on the podcast with me to give you some real life tips from a product based business. Let me introduce you to Becky Fowler, founder of The Tea Collective, a luxury tea brand here in Australia.

Before you put your prices up, there are a few things you need to do first. This week's Chill & Prosper is all about tightening up money leaks, and creating boundaries that protect your time and energy - so you feel confident charging your worth.

What if your next launch didn't have to be perfect… to be profitable? In this special Chill & Prosper episode, I sit down with my friend and mentor Jeff Walker (creator of Product Launch Formula) to talk about: ✨ How he went from corporate “failure” to multimillion-dollar launches ✨ Why desperation can be a gift in business ✨ The mindset shift that helps you push through imposter syndrome ✨ Launch disasters (including surprise birds, lightning storms, and unexpected visitors!) ✨ Why you don't need to be the smartest - just the most persistent If you've been holding back from launching your program, book, or offer because you're waiting to feel “ready,” this episode will show you why it's time to act now.

You've probably seen all the traditional launch checklists: emails, sales pages, social media, funnels. But what about dog poop? Childcare? Pharmacy runs and frozen meals? Yep. This month we've been talking about launching and how to remove the stress and overwhelm of the traditional launch model. So I wanted to re-release a super popular past episode all about launch prep tips nobody talks about - but absolutely should.

Ever stared at your monthly numbers and thought, “Wait… where did all the money go?” Or launched something and no one bought? In this week's episode of Chill & Prosper, I'm answering your questions about failure, staying positive, and low profit margins.

So, this week on Chill & Prosper, we're digging into money mindset - specifically the hidden stories that shape how you earn, spend, save, and show up in business.

Your mindset is sacred - so be mindful of what you're consuming. If you're constantly hearing fear-based messages about the economy, it's easy to internalize the collective anxiety. This week on Chill & Prosper, I'm sharing how to: ✨ Stay grounded even when the world feels shaky ✨ Recognize when you're absorbing scarcity energy that isn't yours ✨ Protect your abundance mindset while still being empathetic

This is perfectly timed for those Nurturer and Connector archetypes who may struggle with setting boundaries or putting themselves first.

You know when your business just starts to feel a little... bloated? Too many offers, clunky funnels, messy marketing, broken links and no time to sort through it all?

Ever worked with someone whose personality is nothing like yours and wondered how to actually support them? Or have you noticed that your clients look like mini-yous? In this week's episode of Chill & Prosper, I'm answering your questions about working with different money archetypes and how to coach, market to, and understand people who operate differently to you.

I made my bed, now I have to lie in it… On today's podcast I talk about achieving then releasing big goals as well as how I celebrate big wins in my business. You'll learn how goals can evolve and why it's okay to change your mind about what you want.

I have been scared about so many things in my life - especially when I've tried something new. Fear in business is a common experience, even for seasoned entrepreneurs and the first step is to acknowledge this. In this week's podcast episode, I open up about my own struggles with fear and share insights on how to navigate these challenging emotions.

Over the past decade, my business has experienced tremendous growth and transformation. As a Virgo, I approach our work with intention, carefully considering how and why we do things. I'm proactive in making changes to align the business with the current season of my life. Sometimes these adjustments arise from practical needs—like having kids, traveling, or team dynamics. Other times, they stem from recognizing boundaries, managing burnout, or focusing on how I want to spend my time. My friend, Natatlie MacNeil, taught me that it's okay to give yourself permission to be in different phases or seasons of life and business. You don't have to achieve everything at once or write every book of your career right now. Currently, I'm in a reflective phase as my young kids grow and require more of my attention. To support both my and Mark's mental health, we've taken a partial sabbatical while we build our new home and prioritize our family and personal interests. Of course, we still work, particularly in the Money Bootcamp community by welcoming new members and hosting our monthly coaching calls, but we've intentionally slowed our pace. We're focusing on simplifying our lives instead of chasing a massive financial goal. This journey has been enlightening. In this week's podcast, I share a life and business update.

Can you believe we're already about 14% into 2025? If you're like me, you might just be starting to clarify your goals for the year. Today, I want to share some of my goals for this year along with some tips to help you determine what you want to manifest.

I have a personal update that might surprise you—I'm selling my rose farm! It feels like the right time and an exciting step for our family, so I wanted to share more about our journey with the farm and why we've made this decision.

You may already run retreats for your business or dream of hosting a group of clients for your own retreat. But today, I want to inspire you to go on a retreat yourself. We'll look closer at the different types of retreats and how valuable they can be for you and your business.

Are you feeling stuck in your business, unable to reach the next level of success? Maybe your income has stalled, or you're just in a funk. Sometimes, that happens, and it's okay if you're taking a pause. But it might be time to examine whether you're unconsciously sabotaging yourself, holding yourself back, or playing small. In this eye-opening episode, we explore the subtle ways entrepreneurs hold themselves back and how to break free from these self-imposed limitations.

Answering your questions (and being of service) is my favorite thing, so I hope you enjoy today's new AMA episode. Listen along now for my take on: How do I follow up old money? How do I know if it's just better to let it go? How to break up with awful clients Putting your business on auto-pilot so you can take a break Balancing business and chronic illness Finding role models that align with your goals

It's time to go behind the scenes of the Chill and Prosper podcast… To celebrate our 200th episode, I'm sharing the details of how I create the podcast. If you've ever thought about starting a podcast but felt overwhelmed by the idea, then this one is for you. In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on my podcasting journey and sharing practical tips to help you get started without the stress. As someone who's been podcasting for years, I've learned that perfection isn't necessary - consistency and authenticity are what truly matter. So, I'll walk you through my process,

You know those mornings when you know it's going to be a good day? Maybe you've slept well, exercised or you're just feelin' yourself?! Well, let's talk about how you can set yourself up for a good day, week, or month.

Are you hesitant to put yourself out there and market your business? You're not alone. Fame and visibility are something I've had a love/hate relationship with for a long time. Indeed, many entrepreneurs struggle with big blocks around visibility, so let's talk practical strategies to overcome these fears so you can, in the words of my friend Jen Kem, get seen, heard, and paid. In this week's episode, I share my journey with visibility, from childhood dance performances to building a successful online business.

It's time for an Ask Me Anything episode on the pod and I've got some juicy questions to kick off the year.
