Gerald Rivera is a professional mixed martial artist and security forces airmen in the United States Air Force currently stationed in Guam. Gerald has been all over the world training martial arts and his military endeavors. He's addicted to coffee, trains any opportunity that he gets, enjoys the beach life, and occasionally dabbles in the occasional book or two. He hopes to be a jiu jitsu black belt one day, and open up his own academy.
Chad Rivera is a singer, songwriter, video producer, Youtuber, and a U.S. security forces airman currently stationed in Belgium. Chad hails from the Chomorro people of Guam where he spent a good bit of his childhood and military life. He's also lived in South Korea, and all over the United States. Chad spends his days creating audio and visual art in which he aspires to one day make the big times one day. Chad lives the Hafa Adai lifestyle and plans to move to Los Angeles to join the Air Force National Guard as a combat arms instructor, and free up some time to pursue his passion to be an entertainer.
Edward Stewart is an Air Force TACP/JTAC Instructor stationed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Stewart has worked in various locations throughout his career to include El Paso, San Antonio, Iraq, and South Korea. Edward is a goof with his carefree attitude and easy-going lifestyle, but is known to be the light of room, good spirited life of the party. Edward enjoys fixing things, spending time in the good outdoors, financial investing, exercising, DJing, trolling his friends on the interweb, and spending time with his wife to be as they are getting married this April.
Moses Espinosa is an operations officer for the Air Force Wounded Warriors, chief logistics officer for the Invictus Games, MMA fighter, jiu jitsu purple belt, former Marine, and husband/father. Moses grew up in east side San Antonio in an unstable home, but turned the other path in life being a star athlete before joining the Marine Corps. His career as a Marine was short lived when a bad car crash medically disqualified him. Moses bounced around jobs before he landed a job working with the Air Force Wounded Warriors, in which he's worked his way up to being an operations officer. He enjoys fighting martial arts and has competed several times at the amateur level. Outside of traveling the world for work and training martial arts, he's a loving husband/dad that enjoys time with the family.
Paul BunkLey is an active duty security forces airman stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. Paul is currently attacking life head on by having the discipline to do all of the little things. He's on a mission to infect everyone around him with love and positivity, and plans to continue his journey by pursuing others to do the same.
Josh Womick is a pilot for Atlas Air, TACP in the Georgia National guard, Afghanistan veteran with two deployments, and a loving husband and father. Josh thrived as a TACP at his first duty location in Fort Bliss, Texas. He was a part of two separate deployments to Afghanistan, and his units were some of the last conventional Army units to conduct operations fighting the Taliban before that responsibility was handed over to Afghan forces. After his time serving active duty, he switched over to the Georgia national guard, and went to school at MTSU to become a pilot. Around that time, he also rekindled a childhood love affair and ended up marrying a woman he went to daycare with. They also have a son. Currently, Womick is living large, happy, and plans to spend his later years spending as much time with his family as he can.
Benjamin Lenyard is two time jiu jitsu world champion, one of the jiu jitsu/wrestling coaches at Brazilian Top Team Texas, high school teacher, and loving husband/father. Ben grew up in Minneapolis, where he experienced the receiving end of racism and bullying. He used that negative environment to shift focus to martial arts training, surround himself with positive like-minded and loving people. Over the years, Ben has remained focused in his climb to the top of jiu jitsu rankings. He has won several prestigious tournaments such as the Worlds and American Nationals. Ben feels blessed to have an amazing wife and daughter, and martial arts family at Brazilian Top Team. In the future he plans to keep competing at the highest level and is opening his own Brazilian Top Team in the near future.
Shreddie Marshall is an Air Force courier stationed at Osan Air Base in South Korea, jiu jitsu blue belt, and world traveler. Formerly Shredward has has spent time in Europe, and Colorado. In Colorado, he managed his Air Force career, train martial arts at one of the world's most renowned gyms Team Elevation, and bouncing every weekend in the Denver nightlife. Shreddie trains martial arts regularly, has many nicknames from his wild adventures, and lives the hakuna matata lifestyle.
John Zapata is an Air Force TACP, JTAC instructor, Afghanistan/Iraq veteran, and jiu jitsu brown belt currently stationed in Tacoma, Washington. John has deployed three times supporting the War on Terror in the Middle East/Africa. Currently, Zapata is recovering from a severe ACL injury, but when he's healthy you can catch him training martial arts 5-6 times a week. John and I grew up in the TACP career field together, arriving in Fort Bliss around the same time as 19 year old kids. Zapata's notoriously known to be one of the hardest guys in the TACP career field, and it's known not to ever get on his bad side. He'll always claim that Texas is the best country in the world.
Karissa Ely is security forces airman stationed at Okinawa Air Base, Japan. Formerly, she ran all of the training for the incoming security forces personnel at Osan Air Base and readiness training for the base. She's a fun gal that enjoys staying fit, keeping positive and mentally tough, and intends to continue her Air Force career in hopes of becoming a Chief Master Sergeant one day.
Kellymar Ulo is an Amazon operations manager, former Air Force TACP, Afghanistan veteran, and is currently pursuing his master's degree in Business Administration Strategy & Marketing at UC Davis. Kel seperated from the military a year ago, after serving for 13 years. Working and school currently take up all of his time, but when he gets free time he enjoys traveling the world and experiences new cultures and adventures. He's traveled to many countries, and landed a big job at Amazon through his great character.
AJ Garcia is a mixed martial artist that trains at Brazilian Top Team Texas. He started training martial arts at the age of 18 when he was 370 pounds, after he had never played sports in his life. He currently attends school at San Antonio College pursuing a bachelor's in kinesiology, works as a security guard, and is aiming to make his MMA debut in the next few months in the Middleweight (185 pounds) weight class.
Nehemiah Doyle is a former Air Force TACP. After getting out of the military, he bartended for 5 years as he explored various career paths and acquired several certifications such as EMT. In this time he also met his fiancé Bri, and they've moved in together and share fur babbies. “Ned” enjoys fitness, enjoying life to the fullest, and has many goals on his horizon in his pursuit of happiness. Next week he begins a new chapter of his life, as he attends the Illinois police academy.
Jason Wilkinson is a high school English teacher, jiu jitsu black belt and Pan-American champion, former Air Force photographer, and a coach at Brazilian Top Team in San Antonio, Texas. Jason is a fun-loving guy who continues to better his community daily. On his spare time he enjoys long runs, photography, playing with his dogs, making memes of his teammates, and spending quality time with his wife Jolie and son Luke who also train mixed martial arts.
Cory Galván has been living in a bus and traveling the country with his girlfriend Wendy for the last few years. Cory is a world traveler, adventurer, jiu jitsu purple belt, and former Air Force Spanish and Portuguese linguist. He's currently pursuing his degree in wildlife biology concentration so that he can “do cool shit”. Cory lives the hakuna matata lifestyle, and constantly moves from adventure to adventure. He enjoys a challenge, and has many more items still left to cross off on his bucket list.
Iris Munguia is an elementary school teacher in Las Vegas and former collegiate track and field athlete at UNLV where she obtained her master's degree in education, with a concentration in curriculum and instruction. Iris has landed several acting roles, and has competed in pageant shows. For fun she enjoys traveling, photography, modeling, letting her brothers make fun of her, and feeding the neighborhood cats.
Paul Bunkley is an active duty security forces airman stationed in Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. Paul is a fitness guru, owns multiple real estate properties, and is a beloved father. He enjoys scheming up new ideas to make money, exercise, and hit the road for days at a time on his bicycle.
Tom is an Air Force power production specialist that has lived in Germany, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Japan. He's a seasoned traveler, and he enjoys traveling to the off the beaten path places.
