We all know life been “lifing” lately and the economy has also not been very supportive. The amount of people there are seems to be increasing while jobs are slowly declining. With the current demand for automation in not only warehouse but even fast foods, the number of people having options are without a job little to none. As we continue to expand technology, we must make adjustments in our own lives. In today's podcast, I discuss what three things an individual should be doing to improve self-discovery. Through personal experiences and self-reflection, I break down three vital elements which are sacrificing, creating a plan of action, and rewarding. All three of these key components are essential to success and growth. We are full of distractions and all that noise can bender us from our personal goals. Let's go down memory lane and reflect. As we do so, I want us to gain confidence into our future, no longer making complains but being accountable and persistent in our daily routine.
