Believing in one's self This is really where the rubber meets the road  Entrepreneurs starting point is believing in themselves.   Not knowing how to do something is not a cause for concern So the question is, what are the unique qualities that entrepreneurs bring to the land business that help them achieve 6, 7 and 8 figure incomes? Risk tolerance:    Entrepreneurs are often willing to take risks and make investments that others may consider too risky.    They are comfortable with uncertainty and have a high tolerance for risk.   Many people spend a lot of time evaluating the land business but don't get started because they require 100% confidence before starting.   Vision: Entrepreneurs have a clear vision for their business and are able to articulate it to others. They have a strong sense of purpose and a passion for what they're trying to achieve.  Entrepreneurial land investors know their why and have specific targeted goals in both the short-run and long-run. Creativity: Entrepreneurs are often creative individuals who think outside the box and come up with unique solutions to problems. They are not afraid to try new things and are always looking for ways to innovate. Resilience: Entrepreneurs are often highly resilient, and are able to bounce back from setbacks and failures. They have a strong work ethic and are determined to succeed, no matter what obstacles they may face. Adaptability: Entrepreneurs are able to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot their business strategy as needed. They are agile and able to make quick decisions in response to new information or market conditions. Networking skills: Entrepreneurs often have strong networking skills and are able to build relationships with potential customers, partners, and investors. They understand the importance of building a network and are proactive about making connections.  Focus: Entrepreneurs are highly focused and able to maintain their attention on their business goals, even in the face of distractions or challenges.
