Self-care is one of the best ways to boost mental and physical health Self care is simply anything that improves your quality of life. This is something that I take great pride in. When I first launched Purpose in 2017, I was always in a rush from one thing, to the next, to the next, working early hours and late nights, thinking that's what it meant to be an entrepreneur. Part of that is true, you gotta hustle, you gotta grind, but after 5 years I've learned it's more important to focus on longevity and quality over quantity. There are so many different ways to improve your quality of life, with many of them being free. Start prioritizing your mental and physical health and watch everything in your life improve.

The idea for Phare was born during the COVID-19 pandemic. We were inspired by organizations who were providing accessible counselling to frontline and essential workers. But it made us realize that the way people typically access counselling just doesn't work. People aren't getting the help they need because of high costs, long waitlists, and confusing processes. Together, we're going to change that. We created a new sustainable system that removes the barriers of access and focuses on what really matters: improving mental health for everyone.Appreciate you taking the time to listen and please don't forget to subscribe, download and share
