It's the final episode of the Maximizing Life series! Today, we're stepping into the actualization phase—the part where you're no longer just talking about change, you're living it. Being it!We started this journey with Awakening, where we recognized outdated beliefs that no longer serve us. Then, we moved into Transformation, where we turned awareness into intentional action. And now? Actualization—the part where you fully embody your power and step into the version of yourself you've been working toward. This episode is all about being it, not just working toward it. It's about aligning your daily choices, actions, and mindset with your truest self. I share my own journey of shifting from “becoming” to simply being, why actualization isn't a final destination but an ongoing evolution, and how to navigate setbacks without losing alignment.Topics Covered:✔️ What actualization really means—beyond just setting goals✔️ The difference between “trying” and truly being the person you're becoming✔️ Personal reflections on embodying my most authentic self✔️ How to stay aligned with your growth even when life challenges you✔️ The continuous evolution of living in your powerThis is your invitation to step fully into the life you've been creating and know that your best days are still ahead._____________Please remember to rate, review, and follow the show – and share with a friend!Find Amy's affiliates and discount codes: https://amyedwards.info/affiliatepageAll links: amyedwards.infoInstagram: @realamyedwardsFight For Her: fightforher.netTikTok: @themagicbabeYouTube: YouTube ChannelPodcast: The Amy Edwards Show PodcastFree Course: The Ageless MindsetFull Course: The Youthfulness HackWork with Amy: Book a Call Let's get you to your HAPPIEST and most RADIANT! I did not know that bodybuilding would become a great source of therapy for myself. In this sport it is you vs. you and you push yourself to extremes at certain times of the prep. During the extreme times of pushing I found myself pushing harder in other areas of my life as well. This sport helped to develop my self confidence and it helped me to believe in myself. I am a huge believer in finding a hobby that you find to be fulfilling and fun. I wanted to compete since my early 20's and wasn't given the opportunity. I thought at the age of 46 I was too old, so happy through coaching I realized age is just a number. I decided to get out there and do what I always wanted to do and get on that stage and compete. At what point does it stop being the girl's responsibility to not be a distraction and instead become a boy's responsibility to not be distracted by the girl? Maximizing Life in the Middle goes on the road! We recorded this episode on our drive to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in Cape May. We talked about the privilege of being together for 20 years and how we have made it work all these years. We talk about how you really pay homage to your loved one and whether it requires a greeting card :) We also cover the 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman and how helpful it is to keep them in mind when trying to show your loved one how you feel. And we remember my dear friend Kerri, who tragically died of breast cancer only a few short years after she married the love of her life. Life is precious – let’s appreciate it while we can.
