Austin Reaves CARRYING The Los Angeles Lakers Fires Up Gil's Arena as Gilbert Arenas & The Gil's Arena Crew return to Gil's Arena to react to Lemon Daddy turning the Lakers' lemons into lemonade as Austin Reaves has put the team on his back amidst injuries to LeBron James & Luka Doncic, dropping a 50 piece and 40 bomb in back to back games. They break down what Reaves showed them with his offensive explosion and debate if the Lakers' 3rd option is proving himself worthy of a max contract this offseason. Next, they react to the skid mark seen around the world as Jaylen Brown left his hairline on the court this past weekend and discuss the poor start to the season for the Boston Celtics as the perennial NBA powerhouse has clearly struggled without Jayson Tatum as they opened the season winless so far. They then break down another mystifying performance from the human highlight reel Victor Wembanyama and debate where the french phenom already ranks amongst NBA Superstars before breaking down another hot start from a European superstar in Giannis Antetokounmpo as the Greek Freak continues to prove the Milwaukee Bucks are a contender as long as he is on the court. Finally, the continue to break down the up and down start to Cooper Flagg's career as the Dallas Mavericks' rookie sensation looks to find his footing before highlighting 2 brewing beefs in the NBA in Shai Gilgeous Alexander vs Anthony Edwards and Ja Morant vs Kendrick Perkins. Your business grows to the level of your leadership and shrinks to the level of your systems. That gap—between your ceiling and your floor—is the roller coaster. The highs feel amazing; the lows can be lethal. In this episode, I show you how to smooth the ride and tilt the whole line up and to the right.First, we raise the ceiling. You'll learn how to focus your effort where it matters most: buying back your time from low-value tasks, concentrating on high-leverage work like offers, sales, and partnerships, and practicing consistent self-leadership. I'll walk through using The Golden Hour—a protected daily block to move one meaningful growth task forward—plus simple ways to partner smarter and make better decisions faster. Then we raise the floor. We'll stabilize delivery by teaching changes before we make them, documenting the essentials with quick, practical SOPs, and keeping 90% of operations on the proven playbook while reserving 10% for controlled experiments. You'll also hear how to set a single primary decision-maker for day-to-day operations with clear escalation rules, so the business keeps running when you're not in the room. You won't get off the roller coaster—but you can change the pattern from one step forward/one back to three forward/one back. Manage yourself first, then lead the team. Make your current “best day” the standard, raise it, and repeat.Connect with Chris Cooper:Website - https://businessisgood.com/
And here we go again: the great game of optical illusions is about to begin. How well do you trust your mind? We can't even imagine how often our sight, hearing, or smell cheat us. Our past experiences, hidden desires, and influences are responsible for making optical illusions work. Our brain is always in search of patterns so don't trust your eyes. Sometimes we see what we want to see rather than reality. Today, we'll show you some optical illusions which can prove that things are not as simple as they seem. It's gonna be really cool because this is a 360-degree video! And if you're a Minecraft fan, you'll definitely like it! Strap in your seat belts and hold on to something — we're rolling! Frances Stacy says she remains "constructive" on Palantir (PLTR). The company sold off 10% throughout the week but she says the company holding its 50-day SMA is a strong bullish signal for the stock. She adds that Palantir's growth relies on NDX strength and A.I. capex. Frances does note concerns of an A.I. "bubble," though there needs to be a slew of specific conditions for it to pop.======== Schwab Network ========Empowering every investor and trader, every market day. Next Level Soul with Alex Ferrari: A Spirituality & Personal Growth Podcast
On today's episode, we welcome Dougall Fraser, a gifted clairvoyant who sees the world through the unique lens of color and energy. His journey is a tapestry of life experiences, woven together with spiritual insights and personal growth, all guided by his ability to read auras and channel universal wisdom. Dougall invites us to explore the transformative power of color and the limitless potential of tapping into our intuition. The conversation begins with Dougall sharing his unusual childhood, marked by a natural sensitivity to energy and color. He recounts seeing colors around people as early as his time in the crib. Supported by his open-minded mother but met with skepticism from his father, Dougall navigated his intuitive abilities amidst a mix of encouragement and doubt. “The most accurate psychic reading you can ever receive is going to be from yourself,” Dougall passionately declares, emphasizing that his gift isn't unique but a capability all humans possess.Dougall explains how color is more than mere aesthetic—it's a language, a vibration that connects us to different energies and emotions. He shares how wearing certain colors or visualizing them can influence our state of mind and environment. For instance, he describes black as grounding and creative, often used by designers to center themselves, while gold symbolizes manifestation and vision. Dougall's philosophy extends to helping others empower themselves through these tools, turning what might seem esoteric into practical advice.Despite his vibrant insights, Dougall is refreshingly candid about his struggles. A survivor of sexual abuse and childhood trauma, he admits to initially using his intuition as a coping mechanism to avoid addressing his own pain. This avoidance led to a critical realization in his early 20s: the need to turn inward and do the deep work of healing. Through therapy and shadow work, Dougall confronted his past, ultimately transforming his empathic abilities from a crutch into a superpower. The discussion delves into the concept of shadow work, a recurring theme in Dougall's teachings. He views it as essential for personal and collective growth. Shadow work isn't about dwelling on the negative but understanding and integrating the lessons hidden in life's challenges. "Every color has a shadow side," Dougall explains, illustrating how even blue, the color of wisdom, can lead to stagnation if not balanced. He encourages listeners to embrace their shadows, describing them as the “spinach in your brownie,” a necessary ingredient for evolution. As humanity collectively faces an accelerated shift in consciousness, Dougall likens the experience to a roller coaster ride. Those with strong foundations—spiritual practices, emotional awareness—will find the speed exhilarating. For others, it might feel like a hurricane. He stresses the importance of grounding and self-awareness, urging listeners to meet these turbulent times with curiosity and courage.SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYSColor as a Catalyst: Visualizing and surrounding yourself with specific colors can shift your energy and emotions, empowering you to navigate life with intention.Self-Trust: The most reliable source of intuitive wisdom is within you. Cultivate practices like meditation to quiet external noise and connect to your higher self.Embrace the Shadow: True growth comes from confronting and integrating the parts of yourself that challenge you. Shadow work is a path to authenticity and freedom. In this enlightening dialogue, Dougall Fraser reminds us that life is an adventure filled with opportunities for growth, connection, and joy. Through his humor, wisdom, and colorful lens, Dougall offers not only spiritual insights but also actionable tools to enhance our daily lives. Please enjoy my conversation with Dougall Fraser.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/next-level-soul-podcast-with-alex-ferrari--4858435/support.

It was a wild and crazy Sunday night at the San Siro both for good and the bad, with Juventus and Inter playing out one of the highest-scoring outings in a 4-4 Derby d'Italia draw that saw Kenan Yildiz score a pair of second-half goals off the bench to earn his team a point. On Episode 255 of The Old Lady Speaks Podcast, we discuss: Takeaways from Juventus' draw with Inter (mostly because we don't need to talk a whole lot about what happened against Stuttgart earlier in the week). What went wrong for Juventus in the Derby d'Italia. What went right for Juventus in the Derby d'Italia. You know, like Kenan Yildiz being great. Juventus' defense was a mess against Inter. We know they miss Bremer after his season-ending knee injury, but is this the kind of game that just magnifies that notion? More defense talk: Is there reason to be seriously concerned about Danilo's form? A shoutout from the loss to Stuttgart for Mattia Perin, who deserved none of that. Twitter questions — including just how possible it would be for Juventus to upgrade the defense in January, what can be done to keep the defense from struggling between now and January, and if it's time for Danilo to start thinking about a post-Juventus world.
