When you need a boost for positive self-talk, find ways to laugh, such as watching funny animal videos or a comedian.Surround yourself with positive people. Research has connected this plant-derived stimulant to improved mood, relief from headaches, and reduced risk of other major medical issues such as strokes, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's. Drinking coffee has even been found to lower one's risk of death. Yet, some people experience negative issues as a result of their caffeine use or have difficulty coping without caffeine. Though rare, there have even been cases of caffeine overdose. (VeryWellMind)-Caffeine is the most widely used drug worldwide. (VeryWellMind)-Caffeine has various effects on the body which are potentially harmful to your health. Well what a lot of people don't know is that negative energy manifests in the body & it can be stored as pain, cancer, digestive issues, etc.Go within and sit with yourself is a simple suggestion - most of us do this enough already to an extent, but the problem is we aren't taught healthy ways to cope with our traumas, fears, vulnerabilities, etc. Recognize that you can let go, you are safe and protected, these experiences do not dictate who you choose to be. Simply decide you do not resonate with these things anymore.

I've noticed a lot of clients are neglecting the basics during quarantine so I thought I would remind y'all that it's OKAY to push back your fitness goals during this time but DO NOT sacrifice your physical and mental health!
Ultimately this will always come down to perspective and how you choose to look at things. I want to encourage you to see how you can add more passion and light into your daily routine while most of us are forced to stay at home!

What is going to drive you forward on your own time? Talk to yourself in terms of can, or will. If you say you should be something that's setting an expectation and just trapping you in a prison. If you're being pulled to complete a task that's completely different from what what you think you should be “doing”— stop obsessing over it and do the task that is calling to you because you will have way more creative energy for it. As soon as you give that project your full attention and dedicate time to it, resistance will free up when you complete it and you'll find that you have the energy for other projects.17:45 Let. Go. Of control. Stop trying to control everything! Letting go can be difficult so the best way I've found that works for me is reminding myself that everything in this universe is working for me, just as it always has, not against me. I say “I trust that things will work out, on the most divine timeline for me” obsessing over things that you don't have the answers to will create a huge block in your life.22:20 Handle the physical things, even if you don't have a clear answer of what's in front of you. I had a tarot reading the other week and I was obsessing about moving and I had no place to live or idea of what to do, it was keeping me stuck. The cards suggested that I take action on the physical world & the universe will handle the energetic world. The reader suggest i cost out movers, start selling things and everything will start moving into place. As soon as I did just that, my girl shana offered me to stay with her.25:50 If you have these nagging thoughts about something you want to do or a dream that seems out of reach, that is put in your life for a reason.29:45 Healing. Emotional blocks can get in the way of you accessing your blessings. If there's something from your past that you're holding onto, this is another thing that you will absolutely need to let go of. Think about it, if you're clinging onto traumatic experiences thats taking up energy. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, just redistributed. So find ways to let go of trauma. My best piece of advice would be to journal about the emotions you have, figure out WHO and what negative experience taught you that emotion... and then release it.
SHOW NOTES;1. Personal Hygeine! I don't care how much you wash your bum, start being more mindful of your personal hygeine instead of just going through the motions.2. Meditate! Even if it's 10 minutes a day with your coffee in the morning or listening to a guided meditation on Youtube, this has been a gamechanger for me.3. Journaling! Get started somewhere, even if it's writing affirmations or what you're grateful for.4. Boundaries! Be aware of the energy you're picking up from people and set more boundaries. They already have a voice in your head. Understand the narrative you keep telling yourself to “justify” why what you want is inaccessible. “I'm not blank enough so I can't have blank” I'm not good enough so I can't have that promotion/relationship/physique. FILL IN YOUR OWN BLANKS.Find the root of the problem. This part takes a bit more digging. But think about your past, the pain you've dealt with and think about the thought patterns those experiences have conditioned you into believing. Insert the classic “WHO HURT YOU” line. Think about how that shaped you. Write about it, talk about it, RELEASE the emotion. The only reason you're holding onto that pattern is because it hasn't been completely dealt with yet.Create a new dialogue. For every limiting belief you can pinpoint—look in the mirror and tell yourself the OPPOSITE of this. Tell yourself over and over again that you are enough. That you are deserving of everything you want.Envision yourself accomplishing one of your big goals; and take a moment to analyze the better version of yourself that has already accomplished it. What characteristics does he/she have that you currently do not have? List them. There lies your foundation of what traits, skills, and habits you need to master before you can step into your highest self. These are the steps that will fill the gaps in between you and your goals.
