28 Adar II | Day 129 | Leap Year Utter Nullification: The spiritual realm utterly united with the Infinite Light

Daniel is my brother in law, he has been a singer, songwriter for at least the twenty five+ years we've known each other  - and is very adept at digesting and considering ideas as presented.  We will be back and give him the chance to talk about his experience as a result of our discussion - and how his application of the varioius ideas effects his experience.   Consider what you hear by living with it like trying on a new pair of shoes. How these ideas fit will be clear quickly or become clearer gradually after wearing them a while. To have a sense that something is right even while not understanding it completely is the reverse of clearly knowing something is wrong but not knowing what or why. This form of knowing indicates we know more than we think. Often, what will also become clear, is the flurry of desperate thoughts trying to hide in the dark - once the light is turned on.  Seeing wrong clearly is feeling wrong accurately.  Feeling right is wrong or wrong is right is a choice to feel condemned by what we freely choose to think. Proof of our freedom to think as we choose is inherent in the right to think up irrational ideas and then think they are happening to us rather than being caused by us. Words like brilliance, radiance and enlightenment are indications we are aware of the Infinite Light of Knowing Awareness - as the present nature of our awareness. We can get better by talking about what is actually happening rather than harbor ideas that support the misguided, mistaken and maligned thinking that all that is happening is what we think is happening.  Thinking occurs in brains.  Knowing is not based in time or space, so it is always wherever we are - in total - as it is the essence of all that is and all that are no matter what we think.     contact@mentalobsession.com

Only once the Infinite Light clothes itself in the highest sefirot of the world of Atzilut. Beyond that, there's really nothing to say. In fact, the highest level of the known spiritual reality is exactly equal to the lowest level, that of material action, in this lowest physical world, relative to the Divine Essence.

You don't have to be an expert meditator or know secret meditation practices to benefit folks in the state between death and rebirth, known in Tibetan Buddhism as the bardo state. Beings in the bardo state are said to be very sensitive to any thoughts directed toward them, which means that we can help them by directing love and compassion to them through meditation practice. In addition, the more we're able to contemplate death and what comes after – which in Tibetan Buddhism is described as a time when our buddha nature naturally shines through since our ordinary self has been tripped away. So practicing for the dead helps them, and it helps us, too. There are many different ways to meditate for the dead, but one of the simplest is to use the mantra of Amitabha Buddha, whose name means “Infinite Light.” This mantra is a prayer for the departed to be reborn in the Pure Land, a paradise realm. The mantra is: OM AMI DEVA HRI. To use this mantra, simply sit in a comfortable position and repeat the Amitabha mantra either aloud or silently to yourself, picturing the infinite light of this buddha wrapping those who've passed in comfort, love, and peace. You can do this for as long as you like. You may find it helpful to practice this meditation regularly, especially if you are struggling with grief. Can we bring ourselves out from the darkest hours of our lives through the help of infinite love and unity consciousness? When I think of Easter I think of celebrations of life with vibrant colors and the diversity of community expressions of joy – and even for those of us not Christian or perhaps still wondering about religion, spirituality, and God, I think there's a profound message of awakening and resurrection in the Easter story. Christ himself hadn't set out to “start a religion” but to return us to our natural state in unity with love and God (known by many names and many stories), inviting us to a type of resurrection of spirit, society, and life. Even as we count Christ dead in modern culture due to the ignorance and horrors sometimes offered by those who take his name, I think we'll find he's not down for the count.
