We take a brief look at the new Proframe RS from Fox Racing. Just a general overview to highlight the differences between the models if you are trying to decide on whether dropping the extra $100 is worth it. The answer is yes, this helmet really only shares a name. If you haven't tried the Boa system on a full face then go to your local bike shop and put one on.

Smiley joins us to discuss the Five Ten Mountain Bike Shoe lineup. We will explore what makes them different and how that will effect you on the trail. You'll also get some tips on how to use flat pedal shoes properly on the trail before we get into weight comparisons between the 5.10 models.

Mustache and I discuss signs of a head injury, when to seek help, how it's effected our lives, and how to recovery from a TBI. - Most of you have probably had a concussion of some sort over the years, it's why we are MTBrs. If you hit your head, don't mess around. Let a doctor clear you, don't tough it out. - I'm lucky to have had Dr Ernie Ahlborn, a mountain biker and amazing customer, that kept pushing to get me treatment and back on level. I was resistant of course but he kept pushing me to do something. My recovery had halted before he stepped in. He pulled my blood addressed deficiencies, got me started with HBOT, and provided care so I could get back to “normal” life as well as provide the referrals I needed to a neurologist and nuero ophthalmologist. Thanks to his treatment and guidance, I get to live my life again. Wish I had the opportunity to tell him how much that has meant to my family. But in his honor, I'll continue to push to try to help others fight their way back from injury and sickness.
