On Scene First with Tracy Eldridge is designed to bridge the gap between public safety professionals and needed industry resources. It is centralized on the goal of bringing entertaining, educational, and empowering interviews with public safety difference-makers to discuss new technology, out-of-the-box thinking, and mental health resources to save lives on both sides of the call. Tracy began her career in 1997 as a 9-1-1 dispatcher and then became the Chief Dispatcher in Rochester, MA in 2003. Although she has left the 9-1-1 center, she still serves her community as a call firefighter/EMT. Since 2006, Tracy has been educating telecommunicators, EMTs, and Firefighters nationwide. She has also been recognized nationally for her efforts to bring PTSD awareness to public safety first responders through conference training sessions, webinars, and keynote presentations.

    Ivy Insights

The On Scene First with Tracy Eldridge podcast is a truly inspiring show that highlights the remarkable commitment and dedication of Tracy Eldridge to the 911 industry. Tracy's storytelling abilities are exceptional, and her no-nonsense approach to telling it like it is leaves listeners thoroughly engaged and inspired. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone interested in hearing the truth, thinking outside the box, and gaining a deeper understanding of the realities faced by dispatchers and professionals in the 911 industry.

One of the best aspects of The On Scene First with Tracy Eldridge podcast is Tracy's unwavering passion for 9-1-1. Her commitment to not only herself but also for others in the industry is truly commendable. Tracy's dedication shines through in her interviews, where she taps into some of the finest minds and cutting-edge practices in order to bring forward innovative ideas and perspectives. This podcast serves as an incredibly rewarding listen for those seeking to learn more about improving all aspects of 9-1-1.

While The On Scene First with Tracy Eldridge podcast has many great qualities, it does have some areas that could be improved upon. One potential downside is that Tracy's directness may not appeal to everyone. She does not mince words and delivers truths as she sees them, which may put off listeners who prefer sugar-coated narratives or who are sensitive to blunt honesty. However, for those who appreciate straight talk and a refreshing approach, this aspect will likely be seen as a strength rather than a weakness.

In conclusion, The On Scene First with Tracy Eldridge podcast is an absolute gem for anyone interested in gaining insight into the world of 911 dispatchers and professionals. Tracy's storytelling abilities combined with her commitment to improving all aspects of 9-1-1 make this show a must-listen. Whether it's learning about the journey behind revolutionary products like RapidSOS or tackling important topics such as mental health, Tracy's passion and dedication are awe-inspiring. I eagerly await each new episode of this podcast and highly recommend it to others seeking inspiration and a deeper understanding of the 911 industry.
