The Raise Your Hand Say Yes with Tiffany Han podcast is a truly remarkable show that strikes the perfect balance between honesty, realism, and inspiration. Tiffany's down-to-earth approach in both her interviews and solo episodes is refreshing. She acknowledges that everyone wants to live a more aligned life, but she never shames or preaches to her listeners. Instead, she encourages open-mindedness and thought-provoking discussions. Tiffany walks the talk herself and brings on a diverse range of guests who shine in their interviews. From well-known figures like Glennon Doyle to lesser-known thought leaders, each guest offers valuable insights. One standout episode is the recent interview with Eve Rodsky, which was exceptionally thought-provoking. Whether you're looking for a fresh perspective or simply want to think differently about your journey to a fulfilling life, I highly recommend this show.

There are very few downsides to The Raise Your Hand Say Yes with Tiffany Han podcast. However, one aspect that could be improved is the frequency of episodes. While it's understandable that producing high-quality content takes time and effort, as a listener, it can be frustrating when there are gaps between episodes. This is especially true considering how addictive and binge-worthy the show is.

In conclusion, The Raise Your Hand Say Yes with Tiffany Han podcast is an absolute gem that provides heartfelt and relatable stories to its listeners. Tiffany's open-mindedness and ability to address taboo topics make this podcast feel like coming home. It's unscripted nature allows for organic conversations that go deep into important subjects we often shy away from. Whether you're a woman entrepreneur or creative individual seeking motivation and inspiration, this podcast will not disappoint. The relatability of Tiffany and her guests will make you feel less alone in your journey while sparking new ideas along the way. Overall, this podcast is a must-listen for those wanting to enhance their lives and embrace their true selves.

For many of us, taking action can feel like an uphill battle, even if we're motivated or inspired. The weight of uncertainty, fear of failure, and the allure of procrastination often paralyzes our best intentions.  It's a common struggle to transform a thought into some sort of tangible action.  In my own life, I have found simple steps to take that help me actually get started.  What I am sharing with you today: How to take action (it's not just about creating an attainable first step) The three steps that help us make things happen How to keep going! It takes more - more strength, more initial force, more power to overcome that inertia, and then nobody wins.   There are two deep breaths that are most important. Number one is the one that you take right before you do the thing, right before you take action. The second one is the one that you take after you've started because it lets you know that you survived.   Envision taking the action. Seeing it is going to help you believe that it's possible.

Has this thought ever crossed your mind? “I will _____ just as soon as I _____.” (Feel free to fill in the blanks with that thing you really want to do, followed by what you “have to” do.) It's easy to feel like we have to keep chugging along even when things feel out of alignment, and today's episode is a reminder that we are not worker bees! We are made of stardust, and we deserve to live in a place that doesn't feel like burnout—even when there's a lot to get done. Instead of hanging our hopes of relief on how quickly we can get things done, there is a gentler, more authentic, and meaningful way to move through our days and I want to tell you how. Less bee-ing and more being! Are you with me?   Resources mentioned: RSVP to Tiffany's Grown-Up Gap WEEK! Get on the wait list for Grown-Up Gap Year Get Tiffany in your Inbox! Got a question? As ambitious high-achievers, there are certain things we've been taught not to say. Instead of four-letter words. I'm talking about phrases like:  I'm dissatisfied with this life I've worked so hard to build. I want something unnameably-different from this amazing looking life. I want more. And less. And fun in a way I can't articulate.  If you can relate, start by taking the bar of soap out of your mouth—there's no shame in feeling what you feel. Today I'm talking about what happens when we say what's on our hearts and minds without self-judgment, even though there's pressure to stay silent and stay grateful—and how to use those unsayable things as *useful* information. Wanna join me in hopping off the hamster wheel of self-improvement and looking inward with me? EP. 415: What to Do If (and When!) You Hit a Wall and How Radical Self-Belief Can Help

How many times have you forced yourself to power through when you don't really want to? This week, I'm talking about a recent “I hit a wall” experience of my own when I  reached my capacity and had to choose between two options: I could push through into burnout mode, putting out work I didn't feel great about. Or I could take a breath, give myself a little grace, and look around to see the earth still spinning.  You'll hear what I did (I'll be you can guess) and what things I want you to think about if (and when) you find yourself approaching! I also break down the pillars of Radical Self-Belief and how each can help you to slow down, be present, and keep from doing too much damage. A little late for preemptive measures? Don't worry, friend. I've got something for you too. Let's take a beat and feel a bit more alive, together.  Resources mentioned: Get Tiffany in your Inbox! Got a question? Ask Tiffany! Welcome back to another Year Of No update where I'm talking all things business! With the upcoming early-bird application period of Grown-Up Gap Year in sight, I've been tossing out the formulas and harnessing my energy to have a bit more fun with it all. Sure, the “way things are done” exists for a reason, but if disregarding the rules lights us up, shouldn't we run with that instead?    Via my Year of No, I'm opting for freaking awesome over fine and ditching the master plan in favor of trusting my energy.. After all, isn't that what Grown-Up Gap Year is all about? Hint: It totally is. Listen in for the inside scoop on how I've been moving through my business differently, how I know I've set myself up for “success,” and my hunch as to why my results probably won't have anything to do with being strategic.  Resources mentioned: Set a reminder for Grown-Up Gap Year Early Bird Access!  Get Tiffany in your Inbox!
