The Good Glow Productions The Good Glow Soul Sisters The Good Glow Health
The Good Glow podcast is an absolute gem in the world of podcasts. From the moment I listened to the first episode, I was hooked and couldn't help but binge-listen to the entire season. Hosted by Georgie Crawford, this podcast is a treasure trove of health advice, inspirational stories, and empowering conversations for Irish women (and anyone else who wants to tune in!).
One of the best aspects of The Good Glow is the dynamic between Georgie and her guests. She has a way of making them feel comfortable and opening up about their personal journeys, which results in incredibly insightful and relatable conversations. Whether it's discussing mental health, career struggles, or finding inner strength during tough times, every episode offers something valuable for listeners. Georgie's genuine interest and admiration for her guests is evident in the friendly banter they share throughout each episode.
Another great aspect of this podcast is its ability to provide little tips and tricks for self-care in our stress-inducing lives. The real-world stories shared by guests offer practical advice that can be easily implemented into our daily routines. It's refreshing to hear these stories from women who have faced various challenges and come out stronger on the other side. This podcast serves as a reminder that we all have the power within us to overcome obstacles and take care of ourselves.
While it's difficult to find any negative aspects of The Good Glow podcast, one small criticism could be that some episodes may not resonate with everyone. Personal experiences and backgrounds vary greatly among listeners, so there may be certain episodes that don't necessarily relate to everyone's specific situations or interests. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall quality and impact of this podcast.
In conclusion, The Good Glow podcast is a must-listen for anyone seeking inspiration, empowerment, and health advice wrapped up in delightful Irish accents. Georgie Crawford has created something truly special with this podcast, connecting with listeners on a deep level and reminding us all that we have the power to glow from within. I can't wait to see where this journey takes Soul Sisters and eagerly anticipate future seasons of this brilliant podcast.

It's The Good Glow with the incredible Ben Hunt Davis, who is a former British Olympic rower turned performance coach, keynote speaker, and author. He wrote the book Will It Make The Boat Go Faster. This way of thinking became huge within The Good Glow community after Dr Brian Pennie told Ben's brilliant story at one of our live shows. It's only natural that we had to approach Ben to hear this story from him. We are so grateful for his time. This is an excellent episode that will help remind you of ALL THAT IS POSSIBLE, once you set your mind to it. Thank you Electrosal for all the support this season Tickets - Christmas Show
Today, we share a story that is deeply moving, and this is not a sad story, I promise you that. This is a story of true resilience, overcoming and gratitude. And it will inspire you to appreciate every minute and afterwards, your heart will be full. Tracy Holmes lives in Greystones with her family. Her son Harry was born in 2018 and shortly afterwards, Tracy and her husband Andrew, decided to try for a second. Shocked, she discovered she was expecting twins. And when Theo and Freddie were born, Tracy was told Freddie has Down syndrome. What could have broken her made her see how strong she really is. One particular low day, it was an interaction with a lady who was cleaning in Crumlin hospital that changed everything for her. Then a sign from the universe cemented her hope even more. Freddie has defied all odds, he is changing the world with his spirit and determination, and once you listen to this podcast with Tracy, it isn't hard to see where he got it from. Tracy's Instagram Tracy's book Thank you Electrosal Georgie's show
Calvin O'Brien and Terrance Flower aka as the creators of the Talking Bollox podcast join me on the podcast today. They had one intention when they started their podcast and that was to change the perception of the North Inner City. That they've done and more. 300 episodes later, multiple sell out live shows, the lads have not only changed people's perception but have become trailblazers, pillars of their community, champions for sobriety. In a world that is paying very close attention to Donald Trump, Andrew Tate and toxic men, they are exactly what we need and excellent role models for young people in Ireland. I loved every second of this episode and I hope you do too. Thank you Electosal for supporting The Good Glow this season.

Looking on at Hannah Saunders, everything seemed so perfect. She is Founder and Director of Hannah Saunders PR. Still in her early 30s, she has built her brand off the back of hard work, commitment and an impeccable eye for detail. Recently, Hannah took the bravest step one could take by speaking out and telling the world that as a child she was sexually abused. When I think of Hannah I think of the words' strength, resilience, kindness, openness, generosity, she is turning her pain into her power and is saving lives by telling her story. I am deeply honoured to speak to Hannah today and while the unimaginable happened to her, today is about her rising.
