Happy New Year!! Today is the day everyone decides they're going to work on new goals. But why is it that society has marked that as January 1st of every year? I'm still working on goals from last year, and the year before, and that's totally okay. I believe goals should be worked on daily and that it shouldn't always be cold turkey non negotiable you HAVE to quit sugar (for example) on January 1st - it's fairly unsustainable. And that's what I'm going to chat about. And, I also going to leave you with a few ways to focus on kindness as a goal.
