This years event, titled Elseworlds brought our heroes from The Flash, Arrow, and Supergirl together to defeat Dr John Deegan as he rewrote reality in the form of a Freaky Friday situation where Oliver is Barry and Barry is Oliver! Unbeknownst to them, it was all part of a test from The Monitor who is assembling a team to help him defeat the Anti-Monitor in the Crisis on Infinite Earths, announced at the end as next seasons (2019) Crossover Event.
