We had quite the discussion this week. All sorts of cats and stones and such. We're also back to all recording in the same room for a while!
This week we are discussing episodes 1-6 of HenNeko (The Hentai Prince and the Stony Cat)! We asked the stony cat to take the second half of the show and take it away to next week, but apparently you can just wish for ANYTHING so it was kind of a waste.
This is the first of our anime discussions, this time Bish, Tyson and Kevin talk about "Hentai Oji to Warawanai Neko" otherwise known as "Hentai Price and the Stony Cat" or "Henneko Please be warned this episode contains SPOILERS , we try and keep it to a minimum, however please bare this in mind. We couldn't really decide on what genre of anime this is, but it has elements of the Super-Natural, Comedy and Romance Genres. Also Please don't be fooled by it's name and why not give it a try www.crunchyroll.com/kunai . www.getalifepodcast.com/kunai
The First of our Anime Discussions on Anime Station (Formerly Known as GALP Kunai), where the crew cover Hentai Price and the Stony Cat aka Henneko. Don't be fooled by it's name it's a great show # 変猫 #AnimeEki #Henneko
We've dabbled in it here and there, but it's finally time to sit down and have "that talk." The aspect of anime that you either love, hate, or just deal with. The peaks and jiggles that makes you wonder just what is the point. Join us as we dive into fanservice and many of its traits. Warning: While we won't be vulgar about these elements, we will be discussing fanservice in general. So this episode may be something you'll want to not listen to at ear catch of younger individuals or co-workers.
Andrew and Chris answer some listener questions including Fanservice, pets, DVD and Blu-ray purchasing, and also spotlight some community related discussions.
Andrew and Chris talk about their favorite openings and closing in anime history. Songs we cherish, the emotion they evoke, or the beautiful synchronizing.
Brace yourself for Burr's attack on Titanfall's beta, plus the new Strider remake, Sonic's mobile escapade, and new anime Wizard Barristers. Finally, we get another update in the soap opera that is FFXIV. We'll be finishing up Henneko this Anime Night, can it wrap things up nice and tidy after wandering through 12 episodes? We also deal out impressions of another 2013 anime, Arpeggio of Blue Steel, the Bravely Default demo and more. We continue our viewing of Henneko on Anime Night, forging ahead through its chaotic storyline. Cat vs. Fox has a new lovemaking device for you. Ironically, you'll learn to describe what this podcast is not on our Language Share. Our news continues the language theme with some English words you might not have known had Japanese origins, a new JRPG that uses the power of kisses, and a Namco cult classic being revived by WayForward.
Burr reviews Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and revisits Sonic Lost World post-patch to start things off on this episode. After fanboying over Naruto and the new episodes of Kill la Kill, we turn to more serious matters, like the Robocop remake coming out soon as well as the flagging fortunes of the Wii U and what can be done to revive it.
