Bingo ! Big Willie Style aligne les tubes comme Gettin' Jiggy wit It, Miami, Just the Two of Us ou Men in Black. Crédits :Générique : Will Smith "Gettin' Jiggy wit It"Titres écoutés dans l'émission : "Gettin' Jiggy wit It", "Big Willie Style" (feat. Bobby Baranowski is a past life practitioner, author & former professional musician residing in Asheville, North Carolina. We begin this metaphysical trek in the mountains of "Sedona East" with its many vortexes; then dive headlong into Bobby's Asheville Past Life Project in which he practices a non-hypnotic past life regression method called The Awareness Techniques. He walks us through the steps and speaks to one's emotional responses as the key to validate the imagery. Bobby shares his own visionary experiences with his "time awakening" and past and future lives, as a 29th-century south-westerner, an ancient monk, a cruel rich man and a shamanic drummer.  We explore the mystery of creativity and its ability to tell the future; and ask metaphysical questions like: Do we choose our incarnations? Have we ever been the perpetrator? Do we have a spiritual journey across many lifetimes? Does genealogy matter? Do the dead pass knowledge to the living? And so on, culminating in Bobby's most profound past-life story about a light being 30,000-years-ago.  Check out The Asheville Past Lives Project to book a sessionReading from Other Lives, Other Selves: A Jungian Psychotherapist Discovers Past Lives by Roger J. For New York Times bestselling author David Arnold, reading with intention is a kind of writing prompt. "I think the most important thing about reading a lot is letting yourself become a sponge and soak in the words and soak in the pacing and soak in the stories," he says."But...occasionally let's look at the mechanics of it, and what is it about this sentence or this paragraph or this book that I'm loving so much, and is there something there that I can intentionally be like, I love that. Let me see if I can apply that in my own writing."David offers examples from three books he loves, discussing how these passages helped him try different techniques in his own writing. GratitudeIn anticipation of Thanksgiving and pursuant to our plan to create aThanksgiving “rampage of gratitude” show with the help of listeners likeyou, today’s show is all about the wonder and the power of gratitude.First, Walt shares an email of gratitude from Deborah, who wrote in aweek ago in response to a special episode we did with guest DebbieGarcia. Here is what Deborah wrote to us:“What a great interview! You could almost physically see the sparks oflight filled energy Debbie emanates, she’s a veritable firework of love& appreciation. “I am massively appreciative of soaking in all these wonderful vibes LOAToday emits, it’s like luxuriating in a bathtub filled with yourfavourite bath oil .“I LOVED: “You can’t see something you’re not – you have no point ofreference” &“We are all mirrors to each other what we’re getting is what we’regiving”.  I so agree that the “I am that” meditation by Wayne Dyer isreally powerful.“Also I loved Debbie’s idea of setting an alarm every hour to see whatyou’re thinking, it’s so easy to let your thoughts run away with you, quite literally, without being aware of it.“The conversation brought up for me a recent conversation with mypartner, we were discussing how Abraham said if we knew how much we hadwanted to come into these physical bodies we would savour thisincarnated experience more, (or words to that effect).“Andy (my partner) said that we probably only truly appreciate our livesin the last two minutes of them when we’re taking our dying breaths. (Weboth know there is no death only “croaking” but…)“That thought has stayed with me over the last couple of weeks. It couldeither be pretty depressing or uplifting and act as a reminder toappreciate every moment. I choose the latter.“So when I find my cork starting to sink down from the surface I willconsciously tell myself if I were gasping for my last breath right nowwhat wouldn’t I give to be breathing in this sweet air and reveling inlife’s adventure?“And as Abraham would say, it helps me to milk the moment and let mycork rise back up to the surface.“I hope the continual comments aren’t too much! I figure as you guys putso much into them it’s good to know how appreciated they are, and theyare … enormously.”Thank you so much, Deborah! You are very much appreciated, too!Tell a friend to get their own, free copy of the LOA Today app at:https://www.loatoday.net/downloadAlso, if you would like to contribute your own gratitudes to ourThanksgiving gratitudes episode, click here to record a selfie video ofyourself talking about what you’re grateful for this holiday season, andwe will include your gratitudes in the episode!

Two weeks to go until SXSW and what is this?!  It's not a SXSW preview!  Yeah I know.  I decided instead to do a SXSW Recap podcast.  Since I imagine most of you aren't going, it will probably be more interesting to hear about what I actually went to and liked rather than just what I think might be good.  For those of you that want a preview though, don't fret.  The SXSW Torrent did actually come so you can check that out.  Or, you can check out what I've put together on Spotify (link).  I have put together two sets of playlists for you.  One set, sorted by genre, is the complete listing of all the artists performing at SXSW (that were available on Spotify).  It's something like 1500 artists.  I, of course, have listened to (or will have in the next two weeks) all of them and that is the second set of playlists, my selections.  It is from this far paired down group that I will be building my schedule.  So head over to Spotify. Check it out.  And follow the playlists so you will get notified when I update them. For the other nerds out there, you might be interested to know that I actually wrote a Matlab script to crawl the SXSW webpage and populate a spreadsheet with artist, genre, and hyperlink to their SXSW page.  I then used this spreadsheet to check off which artists I had added to Spotify playlists and which songs I had listened to.  The making the playlists part did kind of take forever.  Next year I'm gonna learn some JSON so I can just use the Spotify API.  If I actually get that going, you can expect Spotify playlists from tons of different music festivals to start showing up.  I'll keep you posted. As for this episode, well, you've read enough of my writing already.  Just listen.  One correction though.  It's only been 13 years, not 14.Thanks for listening and don't forget to support the artists,AaronTracklist (these are links to buy the tracks)1.Pine Needle Tea by Chadwick Stokes on The Horse Comanche2.Dyin Day by Anais Mitchell on Young Man In America3.With You by Roméo Testa on The End4.I Loved You by Alice Russell on To Dust5.Open by Rhye on Woman6.Warm Water by Banks on Goddess7.Open Air ft Joyce Wrice by TOKiMONSTA on Desiderium8.Green Garden by Laura Mvula on Sing to the Moon9.Don't Wait by Mapei on Hey Hey10.And So We Dance by Kellylee Evans on I Remember When11.Betray My Heart by D'Angelo and The Vanguard on Black Messiah
