Justin Bourn decided early what industry he wanted to work in and decided to skip university to get a practical head start. He worked for some medium to large engineering companies and realised it was not for him. He left corporate for a startup and learnt what not to do - especially around how to treat people. This lead to him launching his own startup 3 years ago and he talks candidly about his roller coaster journey.
