Danny Howells - Stereodrama (Aubery Fry & Nick Stoynoff and DCLVIII OFC Remixes) - Selador Ambassador, you are spoiling us! That's right, in our role as House & Techno (and all flavours inbetween) global emissaries, we here at Selador like to think we're masters in finding the cherry to place atop the cake…or indeed the icing…or arguably both in this case, as we cook up not one but two sizzling, oven-ready remixes (enough with the ropey baking analogies, get a move on – exasperated Ed). Sorry. Where were we? Oh yes – a top notch remix package, that's where. Hot on the heels of getting you all somewhat hot under the collar by unveiling Danny's splendiferous new double header release, here in its slipstream, hoving into view in the rear-view mirror and set to join them in pole position, are two majestic re-rubs of ‘Stereodrama'. The annals of Seladorian history are chock-full of top-drawer collaborations, and now added to that esteemed list, we have Aubrey Fry (Bedrock and LNOE stalwart making a long overdue and most welcome Selador debut) teaming up with a man who is quickly becoming a Selador lynchpin, Nick Stoynoff. Their version excursion twists and turns (like a twisty turny thing, as a wise man once said), and much as this is both an over- and often mis-used expression, it genuinely takes you on a journey through the sonic stratosphere, a mix of two halves as the deep and driving opening salvo blends into a genuinely euphoric crescendo. And we ain't done yet! Enter stage left Toulouse-based techno troubadour DCLVIII OFC, another label debutant who we're beyond chuffed to have on the team. Tempo up, heads down, lights low, volume knob turned up to 11 for a brooding masterclass set to rattle a bassbin near you any night now. Team Selador - drama queens! x

Once again we bring you the Joy of Six, as another half dozen belters roll off the Selador conveyor belt, and once again the Quality Control knob is switched all the way up to 11. It's another truly global showcase too, with no less than four continents and seven countries represented. So here we go Seladorians everywhere, Part 2 of 3! As you know by now (if you don't, where ya been hiding?), a stupendous 19 brand new and exclusive tracks have been curated by label boss Steve Parry and our good friend and uber DJ Anthony Pappa, and mixed together in what can only be called a Trunkful of Titanic Tuneage. Each track is now getting a full release over a series of 3 EPs, and next off the rank, it's Part Two. Aikon & Aidentique – ‘Choise' Starting deep'n'dark before a sexy vocal ushers in chiming riffage, our men in Ukraine clearly mean dance floor business. Kamilo Sanclemente & Sebastian Valencia (Col) – ‘Doom We love Colombia, and we love this pure 4am head in a bass bin business from our debuting Colombian dynamic duo. Andrew Sant – ‘In the Beginning' In the beginning there was Manchester born / Adelaide-residing Andrew, and one day while viciously throwing down on his box, he said ‘Let there be a jackin', acidic mind melter on Showcase 19!' Nick Stoynoff – ‘Your Life' A welcome Selador return for Windy City maestro Nick, truly putting the melodic into melodic house & techno. Larossa (AR), SACK (AR) & Martin Tolosa – ‘Ukiyo' Check this Argentinian dream team, our intrepid trio have conjured up a truly ethereal tune for sweltering summer nights to come. Evan Duthier - ‘Koutoa' Live & direct from Aberdeen, they may call it the Granite City, but Evan delivers a shimmering precious stone of a track, an uplifting gem. Team Selador – dare we say, the sound of the global underground?

Welcome to August's edition of the Q&Q #EpicHouseJourney for @Saturo-Sounds radio
So, we've got our latest showcase primed and ready to go and face a dilemma. We have no less than eight (count 'em) new tracks to tell you about, a stunning sonic smorgasbord that summarises all Selador holds dear. But with our collective attention spans allegedly getting shorter, our poor befuddled minds crushed between vapid soundbites and oppressive 'long reads' – how do we do them all justice in a press release that hits that 'perfect length' sweet spot? And of course, while we yak on, your time could be better spent listening to the aforementioned sonic smorgasbord. So, the challenge we have set ourselves is to get you as excited as we are about this titanic tuneage while limiting ourselves to a max ten words per track – and without using the words 'banger', 'anthem' or 'piledriver' (the boss noticed our over-use of that last one). So without any further ado… Nick Stoynoff – '35' Episodic, wide-screen tribal builder. 24 carat electronica outta Chicago. Indiveed – 'Suspense' Atmospheric, burbling, insistent, quirky, original. The sound of underground Ukraine. Dor Danino – 'Mezoti' Edgy, sultry techno vibes care of our man in Israel. Jonathan Cowan – 'Alden's Groove' Wonky. Timeless. Euphoric. A modern classic from a Florida OG. Darksidevinyl – 'Plastic Dream' Dark by name dark by nature. Peak time Egyptian throbber. Smash TV – 'Slider' Teutonic techno dons deliver mindbending melodica, genius riff, epic breakdown. Folgar feat Paula Os – Playground Deep, sexy electronica. 80s vibes through a 2022 Argentinean lens. Matthias Winnfield – 'Flatliner' Bubbling, acidic, heads down rave monster, full-on Turkish delight.

A modern classic from a Florida OG. Darksidevinyl – 'Plastic Dream' Dark by name dark by nature. Peak time Egyptian throbber. Smash TV – 'Slider' Teutonic techno dons deliver mindbending melodica, genius riff, epic breakdown. Folgar feat Paula Os – Playground Deep, sexy electronica. 80s vibes through a 2022 Argentinean lens. Matthias Winnfield – 'Flatliner' Bubbling, acidic, heads down rave monster, full-on Turkish delight.
So, we've got our latest showcase primed and ready to go and face a dilemma. We have no less than eight (count ‘em) new tracks to tell you about, a stunning sonic smorgasbord that summarises all Selador holds dear. But with collective attention spans allegedly getting shorter, our poor befuddled minds crushed between vapid soundbites and oppressive ‘long reads' – how do we do them all justice in one concise press release that hits that ‘perfect length' sweet spot? Our solution? To get you as excited as we are about this bountiful batch of titanic tuneage we are limiting ourselves to ten adjective-heavy words per track – all without using the words ‘banger', ‘anthem' or 'piledriver' (the boss noticed our over-use of that last one). So without any further ado, cop for these… Nick Stoynoff – ‘35' Episodic, wide-screen, deep, lush business. 24 carat electronica outta Chicago. Indieveed – ‘Suspense' Atmospheric, wonky, insistent and distinctive. The sound of underground Ukraine. Dor Danino – ‘Mezoti' Edgy, sultry lo-slung techno vibes care of our man in Israel. Jonathan Cowan – ‘Alden's Groove' Timeless, glitchy, bouncy House. A modern classic from a Florida OG. Darksidevinyl – ‘Plastic Dream' Dark by name dark by nature. A mighty melodic Egyptian throbber. Smash TV – ‘Slider' Teutonic techno don dropping mindbending melodica complete with euphoric breakdown. Folgar feat Paula Os – Playground Deep, sexy Indie Dance, 80s vibes through a 2022 Argentinean lens. Matthias Winnfield – ‘Flatliner' A peak time, heads-down, rave monster. Full-on Turkish delight. Bosh! Done! Our Sweet Summer Suite. Team Selador - Sweet as! x

"My relationship with The Groovecollection started almost 10 years ago when I was asked to join the GC roster, along with several friends. Jerry was immensely kind, passionate, and proactive in his approach to supporting and growing a healthy, vibrant, scene. I have been lucky enough to provide a few guest mixes over the years, as well as contributing a remix, to the GC collective. When Jerry's brother, Remco, asked me to compile a guest mix for their Jan 2021 edition, I was truly humbled. Remco's passion, love, and kindness is a full mirror image and extension of Jerry, continuing Groovecollection with soul and deep commitment. The mix is hopefully an adequate homage to Jerry, Remco, and the Groovecollection family. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed making it. Best, Nick" Tracklist 1.) Вышел на лейбле Nellie Recordings (Швеция). Дата релиза - 19 февраля 2010. Cloudivers, or Anatoly Shemuratov and Alexander Polo to be more formal, debutes on Nellie Recordings with a solid three-tracker. Melodic and powerful are two words that comes to mind when listening to this EP. While “Sunrise On Mars” and “Autumn” gives the release a summerish and happy vibe, “We Are Cloudivers” is the complete opposite and more club oriented. Big support by M.I.K.E. and airplay by Neil Moore. We’ve also received great responses from artists like Shawn Mitiska, Dash Berlin, Matt Rowan, Flash Brothers, Darin Epsilon, Nick Stoynoff, Shipstad & Warren, Dave Cortex, Invisible Sounds, Manuel Le Saux, Luke Porter, Suzy Solar, Embliss, Airbase, Matt Devereaux, Hyline, HypnoticDuo, Hard Rock Sofa and many more.
