Since coming to Washington, DC in April 2025, Congressman Randy Fine has risen to become one of the most highly effective communicators on Capitol Hill, clearly articulating the importance of implementing principled reforms and boldly addressing challenges and opportunities we face in America today. His messages remind us of President Ronald Reagan's smart responses, explaining in a simple language what we are facing as Americans, and presenting the unvarnished truth. Key topics: The U.S. economy, reforms, housing costs and illegal immigration. Venezuela | Maduro captured and the future of Latin America. Iran protests and the Tehran regime's brutal response. The federal government is projected to spend $177 billion dollars on welfare for noncitizens between 2024 and 2034, while current debt is $38 trillion dollars. Bio: Randy Fine was elected to represent Florida's 6th Congressional District in April of 2025 and serves on the House Foreign Affairs and the Education and Workforce Committee. A third-generation Floridian, Randy built a career as a successful entrepreneur, founding and running businesses in retail, technology, and hospitality. Randy's retirement didn't last long. In 2016, he was elected to the Florida House, where he served the maximum eight years before moving on to the Florida Senate and then Congress. During his time in Tallahassee, he chaired five committees, passed more than forty bills, and became known as a strong advocate for school choice, tough immigration enforcement, and protecting children from harmful ideologies. As the only Jewish Republican in the Florida Legislature, Randy led the fight to make Florida the safest state in America for Jewish families and people of faith. His colleagues and national Jewish organizations honored him with the nickname “The Hebrew Hammer” for his work opposing terrorism and combatting antisemitism. The son of two public school teachers, Randy graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in government and later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction as one of the youngest Baker Scholars in decades. americasrt.com (https://americasrt.com/) https://ileaderssummit.org/ | https://jerusalemleaderssummit.com/ America's Roundtable on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/americas-roundtable/id1518878472 X: @RepFine @ileaderssummit @americasrt1776 @NatashaSrdoc @JoelAnandUSA @supertalk @JTitMVirginia America's Roundtable is co-hosted by Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy, co-founders of International Leaders Summit and the Jerusalem Leaders Summit. Washington state's Department of Licensing says it mistakenly issued nearly 700 commercial driver's licenses over seven years to noncitizens who did not qualify under federal rules. The problem drew national attention after truck driver Harjinder Singh, who wrongly received a standard CDL from Washington, allegedly made an illegal U‑turn in Florida and killed three people. U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is now threatening to pull highway funding from states with similar errors and is pushing tighter visa limits on who can drive trucks and buses, prompting legal challenges from King County and others. Washington has halted processing non‑domiciled CDLs while it reviews the 685 active licenses in question and prepares a response to a Florida lawsuit at the U.S. Supreme Court. https://www.clarkcountytoday.com/news/wa-erred-in-granting-hundreds-of-commercial-drivers-licenses-to-noncitizens/#UnitedStates #WashingtonState #CDL #Trucking #Immigration #USDOT #HighwaySafety #LicensingErrors #WashingtonStateStandard #FederalFunding

Urias-Orellana v. Bondi, Att'y Gen. | 12/01/25 | Docket #: 24-777 24-777 URIAS-ORELLANA V. BONDI DECISION BELOW: 121 F.4th 327 CERT. GRANTED 6/30/2025 QUESTION PRESENTED: The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) provides that noncitizens on American soil are generally eligible for asylum if they qualify as a "refugee." 8 U.S.C. § 1158(b)(1) (A). A refugee is someone with "a well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion." Id. § 1101(a)(42). Noncitizens are presumptively eligible for asylum if they have "suffered persecution in the past." 8 C.F.R. § 1208.13(b)(1). If ordered removed by an immigration judge (IJ), noncitizens may appeal the removal order-and with it, the denial of asylum-to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). From there, "judicial review" is available in "an appropriate court of appeals." 8 U.S.C. § 1252(a)(5). The INA mandates judicial deference on "findings of fact" and three other kinds of administrative decisions. Id. § 1252(b)(4). The statute also explicitly provides for judicial review of the BIA's decisions on "questions of law," but does not establish a deferential standard of review for such decisions. Id. § 1252(a)(2)(D), (b)(9). The question presented is: Whether a federal court of appeals must defer to the BIA's judgment that a given set of undisputed facts does not demonstrate mistreatment severe enough to constitute "persecution" under 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(42). LOWER COURT CASE NUMBER: 24-1042

The U.S. undertakes the census every 10 years. Hundreds of thousands of Census workers set out to count everyone living in the U.S., regardless of their citizenship status. That data is used to reallocate seats in the House of Representatives, redraw voting districts on the local level, and decide how federal funds should be allocated in each state. The next one is 5 years away, and President Donald Trump wants to make big changes to the 2030 count – by excluding noncitizens. Why does it matter who's counted in the Census? How would making changes to it influence the life of every person living in the U.S.? Find more of our programs online. North Carolina State Representative John Blust, a Guilford County Republican, said Democrats have 24 more seats in the U.S. House than they would if noncitizens were not counted in the U.S. Census. And now, President Trump is calling for changes to the Census to count them out. But would it make a difference? PolitiFact Reporter Paul Specht weighs in.
After several years of record-breaking illegal immigration, the second Trump administration is looking to make a significant change to the way that the U.S. Census is conducted. Specifically, they are seeking to end the practice of including illegal aliens when counting up a state's official population. Last month, the White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, Stephen Miller, said that the second Trump administration was determined “to clean up the census and make sure that illegal aliens are not counted.”Mr. Miller didn't mention it in that speech, but the ramifications of making this kind of change would be dramatic. This is because the census count is used to apportion the number of House seats that each state gets, to determine the number of votes that each state has in the electoral college, and to decide where trillions of dollars in government funds should flow. Meaning that the question of whether or not illegal aliens are counted could determine who controls the U.S. House of Representatives after 2030.Let's go through the details of the Trump administration's plan together.

The news of Texas covered today includes:Our Lone Star story of the day: Choosing an attitude of victimhood, especially seeing everything through the lens of race, leaves a person as, or more, poisoned than one who is a nasty racist bigot. A Bexar County-Court-At-Law judge is claiming that the only reason another Democrat is planning to run against her in next year's Democratic Primary, is due to her being black. It's as nasty to impute racism into someone else with no evidence for such as it is to be racist. And then there is this other bit showing today's Texas Democratic Party is a friend and promoter of perversion and communism: Texas Democrats Elect Socialist, “Pan-sexual” Vice-Chairman for Finance. Our Lone Star story of the day is sponsored by Allied Compliance Services providing the best service in DOT, business and personal drug and alcohol testing since 1995.Threats at the Texas Capitol on Saturday are said, by Governor Abbott, to have come from an armed man who was on Capitol grounds. However, something missed is this: Why doesn't UMC pick up the tab for the deputies? It has massive cash reserves and huge earnings. Join Jim and Greg as they delve into the Supreme Court's sensible ruling on Virginia's voter rolls, President Biden referring to Trump supporters as "garbage," and a new left-wing ad urging women to defy their spouses and vote for Kamala Harris..First, they commend the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to support Virginia's removal of non-citizens from voter rolls. Despite the Biden administration's lawsuit and two lower courts siding with the DOJ, Jim and Greg argue that removing non-citizens, those who have moved, or the deceased is a matter of common sense. For some reason, the left disagrees.Next, they analyze President Biden's remarks, in which he sharply criticized jokes about Puerto Rico at a recent Trump rally and described Trump supporters as "garbage." The media's quick attempts to soften Biden's statement, even blaming his stutter, leave Jim and Greg amused as they dissect the messaging chaos. Finally, they discuss a new ad from Vote Common Good, narrated by Julia Roberts, which suggests that many women vote Republican only because of pressure from their Trump-loving husbands. The ad encourages women to secretly vote for Harris without informing their spouses. Jim suggests that anyone who can't openly discuss their vote with their spouse has bigger issues than the election, while he and Greg explore what the ad reveals about Democrats.

Join Jim and Greg as they discuss Bill Clinton admitting the Biden-Harris border failures, the Justice Department suing Virginia for updating its voter rolls, and CBS caught distorting reponses again - this time from a prominent Republican.First, Jim and Greg discuss how Bill Clinton hurt the Harris campaign by referencing the brutal murder of Laken Riley, who was killed by an illegal migrant. Clinton stated that "if they'd all been properly vetted, this probably wouldn't have happened," directly challenging the left's defense of Biden-Harris immigration policies. His comments also undermined two other longstanding narratives on the left. Nonetheless, Jim also notes that Clinton proved again that he has an ability to address subjects in a way that most modern day Democrats do not.Next, they focus on the Justice Department's lawsuit against Virginia for removing more than 6,300 ineligible voters from its rolls. These names include deceased individuals, people who have moved, and non-citizens, who should not be voting in U.S. elections. Jim and Greg question why the federal government would oppose efforts to maintain voter integrity and ensure only eligible citizens are on the rolls. Finally, they shift to media bias, exposing CBS's distortion of House Speaker Mike Johnson's interview on "Face the Nation." The Oregon DMV admitted to mistakenly registering at least 306 noncitizens to vote due to an automatic registration program for driver’s license or state ID applicants. This issue dates back to 2021, and officials anticipate more cases before Election Day. Since noncitizens have been able to obtain licenses since 2019, only two of the identified individuals have voted since 2021. Those affected will be notified by mail that they need to prove eligibility to receive a ballot.
