This is Progressive: Volume Four The fourth installment in the series is here. This one's about layers, flow, and progression - designed like a night out in motion: starting warm, moving through the gears, and closing in on peak time energy. The tempo rises naturally from 123 to 127bpm, a true reflection of how I play. It's not a hands-in-the-air mix. Think of it more as a listening album, but stay with it, and you'll find moments that absolutely lift. Every track is carefully chosen from some of the most outstanding artists in electronic music. It's a who's who of the scene. The style is progressive... and so is the ethos.Let me know where you're listening from on the socials.Tracklist:JT Company - Feel It (in the air)(Acapella) Nod to 1995Hermanez - Eight YearsLuis Damora - How Can I Believe [SudBeat]Monojoke Pres. For this months edition of Acoustic pleasure we are pleased to welcome back legendary South West DJ/ producer Phill Jubb. Beginning his DJ career in 1990, Phil soon became household name in the South West, holding residencies at the 2,000 capacity Plymouth Warehouse with Cultural Vibes and later Screem. Playing across the UK throughout the 90s at venues such as Club UK (London), The Gardening Club (London), Home (Manchester), and Lakota (Bristol), to name just a few, and also in Europe, including the huge 1994 Universe Tribal Gathering event in Munich. He's shared line ups with some of the best DJs in the World, and has warmed up for Sasha and John Digweed a number of times, most notably on the final night of their Northern Exposure album tour. Also dipping into production, he had several releases on the local Urban Collective label, as well as remixing tracks for labels such as Whoop!, Limbo and DMC. Fast forward to the present day and Phil is still delivering seamless, technical mixes of the very best in current melodic house & techno, progressive house and electronica. He plays at Cultural Vibes events, and does regular sets & live streams for the South West's Melodic Beats label. Phil also plays abroad in Morzine, France, at après ski parties at various venues during the winter season. Having recently rebuilt and significantly expanded his home studio, Phil is again embarking on fresh own production and remix work, with new releases now coming through and many more in the pipeline. Check out Phils mix in the second hour with some quality house and breaks including his brand new remix of Michael Vitans Modifier which is out soon on Prognosis. Always a pleasure to have Phil on and no doubt you will enjoy his selection

Thanks so much to everyone in Sarajevo! Still buzzing from an incredible night. Massive love to Silver & Smoke. Super respectful and one of the few clubs left that's not focused on bringing overhyped (and overpaid) influencers or forcing artists into gig swaps... just pure music and good vibes. Can't wait to come back!
500 episodes deep. A journey that began in the crates, behind the decks, and inside our community's hearts — and today, we celebrate it all.PHUK has never just been about music. Sure, we've championed progressive house since day one — but our vision? It's always been more than genre. We've grown into a platform shaped by conversations, people, spirit, and sound. A space where culture is curated, not commodified. In this special 500th episode, we look back at where we started — and set our sights on where we're going next.Host and founder Danny Jarvis reflects on the evolution of PHUK — from a mix series into a cultural platform built on three things: People. Music. Love.We honour:Hundreds of Guest and special Concept Mixes from tastemakers around the worldThe Resident Programme, where core artists have shaped our direction for the last 6 yearsThe In Conversation With podcast series — opening up real dialogue with promoters, DJs, and underground catalystsThe Void - The eclectic leftfield sound from curator Nick RodgerEarly Doors Club - Bringing a new concept with old good values and music full of energy & passionAnd now, we move forward — with a new mission:To unify taste makers, artists, promoters and clubbers while staying true to the underground. To create a home for open-minded conversation, progressive ideas, and a new cultural relevance in an age of noise. This episode is for anyone who's ever felt that music means more. Who's found connection in a dancefloor moment. And who knows the best things in life aren't found in the mainstream — but just beneath it.Press play. Be part of the movement. Let's build the next 500 together.

Lost In was originally a series of mixes I produced after travelling to different places in the world. The mixes were to reflect the influences, feeling or emotions I felt whilst in a particular country. Lost in then became a weekly session during lockdown where I played marathon sets to help our collect mental health and become one through music. I'm bringing the original spirit back with Lost In Peru. Peru revealed itself in layers—modern, ancient, wild, sacred. Each place felt like a different country entirely, and yet the warmth and pride of the Peruvian people carried through it all. Despite the language barrier, we were helped, welcomed, and looked after at every turn. From misty mountains and ancient ruins to the tangled, living walls of the Amazon and the sprawling capital city—this trip was a true adventure. It stretched us, surprised us, and left us with stories we'll be telling for a long time.Peru, has a piece of my heart and this is the progressive daily meditation I listened to whilst in the mountains and amazon rainforest.Hope you enjoy.

Rooted in the vibrant cultural mosaic of San Francisco, Spencer Brown has emerged as a bright beacon within progressive house and techno. While navigating his academic path at Duke University, Spencer's musical talents caught the ears of artists like Avicii and Above & Beyond, catapulting him onto a trajectory that would see his albums, Illusion of Perfection (2018) and Stream of Consciousness (2020), soar to the apex of the progressive house charts. In 2022, Spencer added his own label, diviine, alongside prestigious imprints like Bedrock, Anjunadeep, and Global Underground to his eclectic release portfolio. Early support from Laurent Garnier, John Digweed, Danny Howells, Hernan Cattaneo, Dave Seaman, Anthony Pappa, Eelke Kleijn, Sam Divine, Spencer Brown, AFFKT Double Header spells Double Dancefloor Delight from our Two Man Dream Team! Steve Parry. Selador boss man (job share), on a right roll studio wise these last few months, turning up the juice for fun. Four Candles. One of the hottest producers on the planet in '24, courtesy of belters for the likes of Bedrock & Diviine. We love a good collab here at Selador Towers – and they're always born out of friendship, mutual respect and like-minded creative souls – not them there pesky algorithms. This is how Steve and Kris (as he's known to Mr & Mrs Candles) found themselves holed up together concocting the ace tuneage we now present for your delectation and delight. ‘Mysko' was teased on Dave Seaman & Anthony Pappa's exclusive Selador Showcase 20 mix, and just like in days of yore, when hot tunes were…er…showcased on mix comps ahead of release, the enquiries storming in down the wires to HQ meant a single release was imperative. Of course, by this point our trusty troubadours were already in workaholic mode, and sister tune ‘Soul Repeat' was already nearing conclusion. The vibe? Melodic. Dreamy. Uplifting. Goose-bump-inducing. Intricate. Subtle. Classy. Guaranteed to generate secret smiles and knowing looks between strangers on the dancefloor. The tunes that sexy beast you saw beaming from ear to ear at the bus stop had playing in their headphones. Team Selador – Repeat Offenders. x

Additionally, we chat about his inclusion in Balance Croatia Festival, what makes Phil K such an important artist, what it was like to have international DJs like Sasha and John Digweed spread the Melbourne progressive breaks sound around the world, and the story behind his classic track 'Ride' with Luke Chable. This conversation was a real privilege to have and I hope you all enjoy!00:00 - Intro02:43 - Balance Croatia Festival08:02 - Mastering, mixing, and production13:54 - Origins18:24 - Phil K22:06 - Production equipment25:45 - Progressive breaks spreading internationally30:41 - Australian record labels33:32 - Progressive breaks ethos35:22 - The next generationFollow Danny Bonnici:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dannybonnici/Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/1i7s5uUfbnF1WzBzYbaEnC?si=YdBKb50dRE-YaECmVREJrwStudio: https://www.liquidmixes.com/Follow Super Progressive: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/superprogressive/Spotify Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5vo7k99U183tW0lwqsWqQ7?si=2164f410c15a49f3#housemusic #progressivehouse #dj

Very Early support from John Digweed, Anthony Pappa, Murat Uncuoglu, Kevin Di Serna, AFFKT From Burning Man to Panorama Bar, Panthera Krause knows how to energise and elevate the most demanding, knowledgeable dancefloors. He is, of course, equally adept in the studio, be it as part of Marbert Rocel, who enjoyed a long and fruitful partnership with the mighty Compost label; or now focusing on solo projects and his esteemed Riotvan label, all from his base in one of Germany's most vibrant cities, Leipzig. All of which, natch, means we are beyond delighted to have him debut on Selador. The beneficiary of Panthera's craft is none other than our very own Steve Parry. With new tune ‘Turn Up the Juice' already hailed as an “anthem” by Hot Since 82, the juice gets turned up a few notches more with this bodyslammer of a remix. Our man Panthera remains true to the spirit of Steve's original but goes darker with a late 90s / early 00s vibe with whip cracker percussion, dirty synths, and the opulent vocal hook all aiding and abetting this unabashed act of grand dancefloor larceny. Team Selador – juices always flowing

Ranj Kaler is a name becoming more regular on the global scene. After losing his DJ residency at the start of the pandemic, he used the lockdown to focus on music production. Within six months, he was releasing tracks on labels like ARRVL and Four Candles' Keep Thinking, alongside attention grabbing reworks of Sade and Kate Bush. Since then, he's released music on labels including Capital Heaven and Foxtrot Alpha. Never one to stick to a single genre, Ranj's productions blend house, breaks, techno, and electro, creating a distinct sound that has earned him support from a long list of DJs from John Digweed, to Hernán Cattaneo. His talent has also made him a sought-after remixer, with labels like Hooj Choons, Pangea, and Laika Sounds commissioning his work. On this 90 minute mix Ranj delivers a smooth mix of deep breaks, house, prog and more that feels vital. Featuring productions from Framewerk, Danny Howells, Sébastien Léger and more, this is an effortless mix showcasing Kaler's dynamic track selection.

Wow, what can I say. My 3rd Burning Man was simply amazing and nothing short of magical! Connected with so many incredible souls from every corner of the globe, marveled at breathtaking art installations, witnessed a jaw-dropping fireworks show that left me in awe, and played one of the most unforgettable sets of my life on Friday night. Huge thanks to everyone who's been writing me positive feedback and to The Fluffy Cloud for inviting me back to their incredible stage.
Beginning summer with the emotional journey of the Sunrise Set, the midpoint is traditionally highlighted by our annual Coldharbour Day celebrations. It's a small way for our Coldharbour family to say thanks to everyone who supports the label, and those responsible for creating the tracks we cherish. This tradition is another passion project for me, with a four hour journey made especially for the occasion; constructed among travels across three continents. It's a continual weave of current favorites, a few nods to the future, and opening up the Coldharbour archives; with the thrill of reliving, and sometimes even rediscovering beautiful melodies we may have forgotten. Hope you enjoy this set, and thanks for supporting throughout the busy season. Still lots of wonderful memories to create together in the next few weeks, with the release of Summer of '99 and more singles on the way, and some special live shows including Avalon in Los Angeles on Saturday August 17.
