After filing appeals that were ultimately denied throughout 2010, a motion was filed in 2020 on Chad's behalf requesting a video hearing to purge the bench warrant, and ultimately, close the case in Venango County Pennsylvania.After Nance, the horse queen, fails to appear at the scheduled court date, Pennsylvania dismisses the custody issue on May 21st, 2021. They did NOT resolve the issue of "contempt." In 2022, Chad fought the federal charges, offering extradition in return for air ambulance transport and a speedy trial, or requested the U.S. to dismiss the indictment. This episode was recorded days before the Microsoft MVP Summit 2019 conference. Many of my listeners have what it takes to become a CRM MVP but unfortunately very few will make it. Setting aside the people who are not willing or able to do the work needed to become an MVP, I wanted to focus on those who are willing and able to do the work, and have the skills and commitment as well, but who could be making one or more mistakes that could be holding them back on their pursuit to become a Microsoft MVP. I can confess I made some of these mistakes and somehow still made it, but I wanted to pass my personal best practices along and hopefully get to see you in Redmond at the Microsoft MVP Summit 2020. Prior to becoming an independent security consultant, Troy worked at Pfizer with the last seven years being responsible for application architecture in the Asia Pacific region. This time spent in a large corporate environment gave him huge exposure to all aspects of technology as well as the diverse cultures his role spanned.
