Dr. Sean was up first and gave us a rundown on Chiropractics and how he can get ya dialed on better posture, feeling better on and off the bike and help prevent injuries. Parker Boone from Rock n Road in Irvine is one of the manager there and also the go to guy for this rad device called Retül bike fit. Parker gives us a run down on how this system works and why every cyclist should invest in getting a bike fit. Gotta admit that I need to go and schedule a fit too. Enjoy the show amigos

Heck ya, Thank you Travis for coming into the studio and getting us wired up on some quality coffee. We had a great selection of coffee from all parts of the world and all having a unique taste. Travis is the man behind The Racing Roastery, Orange County's best small batch organic coffee. We had line up of 7 cups with different coffee and without me knowing the profile we went one by one. After going back and forth for a good while we narrowed it down to the coffee we both loved. Stoked that the coffee we picked will be the official coffee of Luge n Brews. Thanks again Travis for the awesome time and the killer selection of coffee.

Another awesome podcast in the books with our amigo Z_Waaaaaz. We recap Ensenada Bike Fest, Zak was a big part of the success of the event and spent several weekends helping us with content and with our promo video. Zak also gets into his top secret big mountain adventures in the sierras and riding with amigos. Zak tells us all about his badass custom painted Rossignol bikes. We are looking forward to checking out what trouble Zak will get into next lol.

We welcomed in Ghost In Real Life who is an up and coming artist. GIRL gives us an isight of what it takes to create music and also her colab with Surveen based out of San Fransisco. Thank you to these two awesome ladies who are working on changing the world one song at a time.

Another awesome podcast with regular guest and amigo Mike Franze, we also welcome in a new guest Brent Franze. We talk shop and how Amazon can be defeated but simply shopping and supporting local!! We get into what its like for Brent to be a bike shop employee and also the owners son lol, I'm pretty excited to see him have a passion for the family business and one day take over both shops.

Thank you Essence Florie for coming into the studio to talk story with us . We got to learn about Essence's first race experience and how she crushed her competition lol. We get an insight on how to balance two professions, MTB racing and Dance!! Apparently is not an easy feat but Essence seems to master both and is currently the points leader in the California Enduro Series with back 2 back wins.

Another fun and entertaining podcast in the books, this time we welcome in the SSB MTB boys. John aka Big B and Saul talk story with us regarding the how and why they created this new bike wash product. We get into the process of how to create according to Saul the best bike wash on the market. It' apparent that these guys have created more than a bike wash, they have created a community of talented and fun riders who ride and race all over SoCal and Mexico. We got an inside scoop of what they will be coming out with very soon and from what we can tell it will be top notch.

We welcome founder and race director of Baja Bike Race, Josh Poe into the studio. Actually we had a rad over the phone podcast on Thursday night. Josh shares his love and passion of all things Baja California. He shares how and why he started the race and why he chose to do it in Baja, race starts in Tecate and ends in Ensenada. the Baja Bike Race is a 73 mile road race on a rolling closed course and goes through the beautiful Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico's largest wine valley. Race will be held in October 5th and registration is now opened!! We are planning on attending and will do a post race report.

So back to the important stuff, Enter Collin Timmermans pro enduro racer and co host Uncle B. We cover all things Ensenada Bike Fest and what went down and the racers take of the event. Collin visited Mexico for the first time and was pleasantly surprised on the beauty and rawness of Baja.

We welcomed an awesome husband and wife team of Peter and Brooke Osborn formerly of Florida. Now transplanted to OC Pete and Brooke are now part of The Path Bike shop race team and are all about having fun, cycling adventures and racing bikes. We caught up with them to chat about the racing the Whiskey 50. Its not all that common to have a husband and wife team racing bikes together and we are stoked to have had the opportunity to talk story with them.

Thank you to Dr. Thomas Rambacher for shedding light into facts and myths of Stem Cells. Wow this was a very informative and educational podcast all about the types of stem cell, the scientific breakthroughs of different types of stem cells and the benefits of them to speed up the recovery process. Most of us think that stem cell come from babies, well that is not the case here in America and Dr. Rambacher sheds light on the truth.

We would like to Thank Evan's Gun World owner Peter Schumacher for coming into the Hits 101 radio studio to talk story with us all about guns. Pete shares his experiences working and doing business in California. We wanted to get a first had experience on the process of applying for a CCW the do's and don'ts of a legal gun owner. It's always a treat when we have a returning guest with news about upcoming music and tour dates!! We highly recommend you taking a look at his music and show some support. Its tough to be an artist let alone an artist in California where everything is extremely expensive and most artist are on a pay to play system.

We had the pleasure of having Matt Ford, owner and founder of Rock n Road Cyclery (4 locations) and long time supporter and ambassador Brandon Gritters on the Bike Centric hour with JayStey. So much goodness mixed in with good beers and an insight on being a bike shop owner in SoCal. Matt shared how and why he started RnR and the gradual progress of growing his company. Matt also shares his love and passion for the community and racing. Brandon shares his racing background and how he got involved with RnR. We also get into the ebike debate and how to find middle ground with OC Parks to allow them at all the parks.

We had the awesome pleasure to do our first ever over the phone podcast with Len Eckstein owner of Deerhammer Distilling Company from Buena Vista Co. ( No its pronounced Bee-una Vista lol) This podcast was packed full of awesome info on who-what-where-when and why Whiskey. Something we like to preach on is authentic and organic content and this ladies and gentlemen was that and then some, kinda like your favorite episode of California's Gold ( RIP Huell Howser) saved onto a VHS. What's a VHS??? ask your parents lol. We look forward to having Lenny in the studio in the near future for the follow up podcast. This podcast is best enjoyed with a glass of whiskey

Bummed to hear about Toolbox brewery closing down but we think that the market is over saturated with too many breweries and we are staring to see more and more closing down throughout the US.

I was blessed with a very special episode of Beyond the Bike. Lance and David of Black Water Gospel drove down from the Coachella Valley to come place in Corona Del Mar and to talk story with me about what they have been up to. We had them come in about a year ago before the release of the self titled EP came out. Man how things have changed in a year. These guys are on a roll and racking up awards along the way. they took home some CV Music Awards back in June including Best Alternative Band and the coveted Best Album Award. The adventurous couple who enjoy riding bikes together, Thank you Thomas and Amy Rambacher for coming on the show and Talking story with us. We got to hear about the awesome trips they both have been on including racing some Enduro World Series events in Europe. Racing EWS is no joke and you must be both physically and mentally prepared. Stages are long and raced on some downhill tracks and the days are long. We also got to hear about Dr. Thomas Rambacher positive impact on his patients and how he has saved limbs from being amputated and also hoe he can help correct foot issues with custom foot inserts. He's the manager and the man responsible for the cask brews the are released every week. Uncle B and I learned a bunch and got some inside info on the future of the company. Sometimes its not about what the current trends are that makes you a hit, Cismontane's a perfect example of doing what you want and being successful.
