He details his harrowing battle with stage four cancer that was diagnosed as terminal. This is a brutal, terrifying and tear jerking account that's non stop laughs.
Jerry Rocha is a comedian and a damn good one. I met Jerry in 2015, right before I moved to LA. We became friends and like most LA comics didn't stay in touch all that great, just how it goes especially out here. Recently, I saw a clip of Jerry's online and while it was a hilarious joke it contained some not great news: Jerry had stage 4 cancer.
Feeling inadequate in the bedroom can KILL the vibe and make a woman lose interest. This episode was recorded several years ago in Atlanta, Georgia. It happens periodically that I will work with a young comedian that I love as a person and performer. When Jerry Rocha featured for me at the Atlanta Punchline I was pleased at how hard he rocked the room, warming the audience up rather than fouling up the bath water for the rest of the bathers. On and off stage Jerry is extremely likable. I like his style on stage and that he is not too cool to embrace his silliness. I think that after a few more years of seasoning he'll be a beast on the circuit and on viewing screens that must be dealt with. I love the material he does now and I look forward to seeing what mind bending humorous thoughts he comes up with in the future. He is an undiscovered comedy gem and that is why I am presenting him here with my full endorsement of his skills.

Welcome to another episode of "Come To Your Senses" with Carlos Jaime. Special guest comedian Jerry Rocha joins "Come To Your Senses" to talk about two upcoming films: "Now You See Me" starring Morgan Freeman and "After Earth" starring Will Smith. Jerry and Carlos talk about the sinister Dan Farmer (former UCLA football star), tough love from parents, teachers slapping students and Jerry's experience on "Last Comic Standing". Jerry has been a featured performer on SiTV, The Latino Laugh Festival, was the subject of a half-hour documentary on the Travel Channel, and was a Semi-Finalist on Season 7 of Last Comic Standing on NBC. The "News of the World" segment will once again surely make you yell "COME TO YOUR SENSES!" SPECIAL NOTE: This episode was supposed to be episode 19, but due to the time of movie releases, it was pushed forward one episode.
Comedian Jerry Rocha joins The Fort Podcast to talk about a horrible heckler, Ed's friend deciding not to go to jail, jury duty, hot lawyers, Jerry's amazing courtroom experience after his brush with the law, Mexican Pagans and gun laws in Texas. Jerry has been a featured performer on SiTV, The Latino Laugh Festival, Last Comic Standing and The Travel Channel. The Dallas born comedian can be seen performing his stand-up around the country. Kevin, Ed, Mike and Jerry perform two radio sketches: "Donkey Show" written by Ed Galvez and " Tim Tim" written by Kevin Ford. Stick around for "The Fort Wrap-Up" where Mike recalls his horrible date at Disneyland, and Kevin talks about how he was mistaken for someone with down syndrome.
