The NCAA & Venmo have teamed up to try and end athlete abuse from gamblers, Caitlin Clark gets her very own NIKE logo, and a guy in Tennessee named "Babe Ruth" is in trouble for trying to submit phony claims in class action lawsuits. A recent survey found that 33% of people have NEVER stolen toiletries from a hotel. And another 33% of people would support sending the National Guard to their hometown to clean things up. We let you know what's on TV today/tonight and discussed a list of the best fart scenes in the movies. A woman in Australia posted a video of her mailman taking her laundry off the line when it began to rain while he was delivering her mail, and a dude dug through 20 tons of trash & sludge to find his wife's lost wedding ring. We discussed the hot, new exercise "trend", and an interesting story about Esports professionals talking to kids about trying to become a professional gamer. As with every other year, anticipation surrounding the first lineup announcement for Good Things 2025 was almost at a fever pitch. Social media experts and promoter wannabe's all shared their projected line-ups – but most were well off the mark.Good Things is possibly one of the hardest festival line-ups armchair critics get to sink their teeth into, with the diversity and seemingly flippant mashing of genres meaning pretty much any band from any genre could make the final cut. And this year was no exception.When TOOL were announced as headliners, a large number of punters were already scrambling for tickets, but a quick scan through the rest of the line-up proves the eclectic tastes of organisers and the variety of live music on show for fans of most persuasions.Rock? Dayseeker has released a new song as part of an upcoming album, and lead singer Rory Rodriguez says, "It's darker, it's more horror-themed, but it's not as sad." On episode 150 of March Forth with Mike Bauman, Mike chats with Trauma Therapy! Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Trauma Therapy is a metalcore/rock band that formed in 2022. With influences ranging from Motionless In White, Dayseeker, and Bad Omens, Trauma Therapy's goal is to connect with listeners by sharing their real life experiences with mental health and perseverance through trauma. That goal is embodied in Trauma Therapy's debut single "Fix My Heart." The emotionally charged track deals with singer Chris Carrington's real life experiences as a therapy patient, and the everyday happenings that accompanied his coping and healing journey. Released on August 23rd, "Fix My Heart" also has an equally emotional music video which features Chris' wife, Jill, who is the lead singer in Charlotte-based rock band Forever May Fall.   Since its release, "Fix My Heart" is already resonating with music fans. In less than a month, the music video is nearing 10,000 views on YouTube, while the single is approaching 10,000 streams on Spotify alone.
