It comes as no shock that March 2020 will go down in history as a monumental time to be in the world. This interview with Robert Quinn was recorded on March 30, 2020 in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and the information he provided was more relevant than ever. Here's a taste: Some leaders go through crisis and do unnatural things and their organization flourishes. But their awareness changes through the crisis and it's possible then to ask a question most leadership can never ask. That question is: If crisis can create social excellence without leadership, can leadership create social excellence without crisis? The moment a leader can ask that question, they are going someplace no one ever goes. They are living by the highest accountability of leadership. Who will you be on the other side of this crisis? Someone focused on comfort, self-interest, hypocrisy, and pride or someone focused on purpose, integrity, empathy, and humility? Don't miss a minute of this important conversation with author, professor and leadership consultant, Robert Quinn.
