Earlier today, I thought of running away from the online space till God knows when. I just wanted to quit everything without minding the consequences. It's another reminder that I'm only human. The highs and the lows all make "Ezinne".The irony is that running away was just going to be counterproductive. In this particular episode, I bared it all vulnerably, explaining my journey and how I navigated this phase for the sake of my well-being and that of others.Support the showI hope you enjoyed this episode. Most people don't like the word, "resilience". They usually see it as a way of enduring suffering, rather than finding a way out. While this is understandable, however, resilience means your ability to withstand adversity or bounce back quickly. No one wants to suffer. However, life can happen in unexpected ways. Something as simple as relocation (not easy though) can require high levels of resilience to withstand the challenges that come with being away from family, and adapting to new culture, language, weather, etc.In other words, being more resilient can be a positive skill to help you thrive regardless until you have it all figured out.In this video, I shared 5 practical ways to be more resilient and thrive during difficult times.I'd love to know what you think.Support the showI hope you enjoyed this episode.
