    Help, I've fallen into a mind trap and I can't get out! Mind traps, or cognitive distortions, are those pesky little patterns of negative thought that can really ruin our day. "What if's" and "never"s can flood our brains and sometimes it feels like when you've spiraled, there's no stopping it. Fortunately, mind traps are very common and the solutions to them are straightforward.
