It's only 30 minutes long. Our CEO gives a very transparent and amazing presentation about the state of the company. And afterward, they have lunch with us. It's on the company, obviously. And then we'll introduce them not only to the people they would potentially work with but just anybody that might happen to be there. Learn how hot issues like crypto have affected the working force. If candidates are leaving, where are they going? In a candidate's market, learn what's important to talented workers, especially in the tech industry. “I think the need for tech “now”, just kind of hit. I think we had it before, but I think what COVID did is it allowed us to say, “well, we can't wait for tomorrow because if we want more customers, we can't have them indoors or on-premises.” So what are we doing? It goes in one way and goes out the other? And there's a lot of mystery behind that. So one of the things that we're trying to do here is to demystify the black box. So, what we're doing with our partners, whether they're the mom-and-pop or a public trade company is help them understand what they're purchasing, help them, understand the value that that provides, not just short-term value, but long-term, and understand the profitability of that consumer and how they can evolve their business over time.
