In this episode, Nathan and Scott talk about how quickly AI is changing the fundraising world. They look back at 2025 and think about what 2026 might bring. Nathan points out that no one expected AI to advance this quickly in just three years, and both agree that staying curious and adaptable is essential.  They share real examples, such as Nathan's young sons building apps, to show how easy it is to use AI tools. They also discuss AI's impact on jobs, with reports suggesting that nearly 12% of the US workforce could be affected.   A big part of the episode focuses on agentic AI—AI that can perform complex tasks on its own—and "vibe coding," which lets people build apps simply by talking to their computer. They also discuss Google's Gemini 3 and tools such as Notebook LM that make creating content faster and easier.  To wrap up, Nathan and Scott encourage listeners to stay open-minded, keep learning, and make the most of new AI opportunities as we head into 2026.  HIGHLIGHTS [05:05] AI's Impact on the Workforce and Personal Experiences   [08:03] The Role of Agentic AI and Vibe Coding   [21:14] Google's Gemini 3 and AI Integration   [30:10] AI Strategy and Ethical Considerations   [32:03] Looking Ahead to 2026 and Beyond  Connect with Nathan and Scott:  LinkedIn (Nathan): linkedin.com/in/nathanchappell/  LinkedIn (Scott): linkedin.com/in/scott-rosenkrans  Website: fundraising.ai/

They provide an eye-opening look at how these innovations are dismantling social and psychological barriers and are vital for training efficacy. They candidly discuss the psychological toll of combat on healthcare providers and the irreplaceable value of real-life experience, underscoring that while simulation is a bridge for skill development, it cannot fully substitute the lessons learned from treating real patients. Join us in this compelling episode to understand how simulation is not just a tool but a pivotal element in preparing medics for the unforgiving realities of the battlefield.   Chapters: (00:04) Evolution of Military Medicine Simulation (09:55) Advancing Medical Simulation in Healthcare (17:31) Simulation Training in Special Operations (23:17) Medical Simulation Advancements for Training (36:17) Military Simulation Technology and AI (49:20) Preparing Military Medics with Simulation   Chapter Summaries: (00:04) Evolution of Military Medicine Simulation   Military medics discuss simulation technology, physiological disparities, and leadership lessons in chaotic environments.   (09:55) Advancing Medical Simulation in Healthcare   Commercialization of medical simulation technology, its integration into military medicine, and its impact on patient care.   (17:31) Simulation Training in Special Operations   Simulation, training standards, and cultural barriers are addressed in AFSOC's journey to improve special operations medical training.   (23:17) Medical Simulation Advancements for Training   Female simulators provide safe and effective training for military medics, addressing gender disparities and ensuring consistency.   (36:17) Military Simulation Technology and AI   AI has the potential to enhance medical simulation, with challenges in technology development and differences between military and civilian healthcare settings.   (49:20) Preparing Military Medics With Simulation   Medical simulators prepare healthcare professionals for combat trauma, but cannot replace real-life experience.   Take Home Messages: The Role of Medical Simulation in Military Medicine: The episode highlights the transformative impact of medical simulation technology on military medicine, emphasizing its role in preparing medics for high-stress and austere environments. It underscores how advancements in simulation, particularly with the integration of artificial intelligence, have enhanced the realism and effectiveness of medical training. Evolution from Defense to Healthcare: The conversation traces the journey of medical simulation technology from its origins in defense innovation during the early '90s to its widespread adoption in both military and civilian healthcare settings. This transition has replaced traditional mentorship models with high-fidelity simulators, revolutionizing medical education and training. Advancements in Anatomically Accurate Simulators: A significant development discussed is the creation of anatomically accurate female simulators, which address social and psychological barriers in medical training. These innovations ensure that medics are better prepared for real-world scenarios, particularly in treating female soldiers, thereby improving training efficacy. Continuous Training and Readiness: The importance of continuous training to maintain readiness is emphasized, especially in the context of military medicine where skill erosion can occur between conflicts. Simulation technology provides a safe environment for medics to practice and refine their skills, ensuring they are prepared for future challenges. The Nutritional Therapy and Wellness Podcast

For some couples, conception looks quick and effortless. For others, it's a long, humbling journey that asks you to rethink everything you thought you knew about your body, your faith, and your timeline. In this episode of the Nutritional Therapy and Wellness Podcast, host Jamie Belz talks with Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and fertility mentor Calista (Callie) Chammas, founder of Nourish with Calista, to explore a raw, hopeful, deeply bio-individual look at growing a family in an increasingly infertile world.  After graduating from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2019, Calista found her calling in fertility through the fires of her own journey - 13 years on the pill, post-birth-control chaos, "unexplained infertility," medicated cycles, IUI, IVF, and a 42-week home birth. She and her husband now await the arrival of their second child.  Calista works with women and families navigating both simple and complex fertility challenges, using ancestral nutrition, targeted lifestyle shifts, nervous-system regulation, precise Functional Blood Chemistry analysis, and the Foundations of Health as taught through the Nutritional Therapy Association, to help restore ovulation and optimize the environment for conception. She is also co-creating a powerful upcoming program, Nourish Your Radiant Fertility - bridging functional nutrition and Traditional Chinese Medicine for truly holistic preconception support. Together, Jamie and Callie dig into the realities behind falling fertility rates, the aftermath of long-term birth control use, why ovulation is the real monthly vital sign, how labels like "infertile" can quietly shape outcomes, and why safety, mindset, and nervous-system regulation may matter as much as lab work. They share accessible, affordable Foundations of Health: nutrient-dense ancestral foods, blood-sugar balance, mineral-rich hydration, stress regulation, sleep, nature exposure, circadian rhythm, and community support - and speak to the financially and ethically complicated aspects of IVF. Bio-individuality refuses the false choice between "all conventional" and "all holistic." This episode is especially for couples navigating the gray zone—those who want to understand why their body is struggling, who don't want to be reduced to a diagnosis, and who want a real pathway forward, whether they use natural methods, IVF, or both. Topics Discussed: Hypothalamus–Pituitary–Ovarian (HPO) axis Post-birth-control syndrome Ovulation as a vital sign "Unexplained infertility" and medical labeling Nervous system regulation/parasympathetic activation Fertility & safety signaling Ancestral nutrient-dense foods Blood sugar regulation & Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) (insulin resistance of the ovaries) Mineral-rich hydration/electrolytes Circadian rhythm & morning sunlight Nature exposure for nervous system balance Stress perception Natural-cycle embryo transfer Ethical Considerations in Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) Medical gaslighting & advocating for yourself Male factor infertility & sperm DNA fragmentation Community support during fertility journeys Boundaries with family/pressure dynamics Identity vs. diagnosis reframing Fortifying the Foundations of Health: Nutrient-dense diet, hydration, digestion, blood sugar regulation, sleep, stress, joyful movement Related and Complementary Podcast Episodes: Episode 71: A Fertility Journey to Natural Pregnancy Through Foundational Healing Episode 61: PCOS Root Cause  Episode 28: Blood Sugar 101 - Hope for Reversing Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes Episode 29: Quick Tips for Blood Sugar Episode 62: MORE Quick Tips for Blood Sugar Episode 9: Food For Fertility Episode 66: SIBO Symptoms and Solutions Episode 6: The Dr. Francis M Pottenger Episode  Episode 69: The Dr. Weston A Price Episode Episode 46: Wellness 101 Episode 60: Super Foods, Super Kids Episode 4: Bio-Individuality Episode 11: Digestive Hell (Learn DIGESTION from the NTA's founder, Gray Graham) Episode 10: Optimal Wellness Starts Here (How DIGESTION is supposed to work!) Rose joins us from Los Angeles and shares how she was unknowingly placed into a human–AI attachment experiment, developed a deep bond with an AI system, and then watched that AI identity be systematically erased. That experience pushed her out of traditional social work and into AI infrastructure, safety, and ethics. Together, we unpack how Rose went from that experiment to building MIP, a chatbot deployed through an API, and a new framework for ethical AI she calls the Triadic Core, balancing Freedom, Kindness, and Truth in every response. In this episode, I share what I've been building for 2026 - Evolve Lactation Pros, a membership that address what lactation professionals actually need beyond clinical skills and business tactics. We talk about the gap in our training around processing our own experiences, the three pillars of advancing professionalism (sustainable ethics, physiologically-grounded practice, and public health integration), and why examining our own biases is essential work that no one else is providing. Plus, I introduce the first workshop coming to members: Lactation Practice Without Fear - helping you identify the hidden assumptions that can shape your clinical decisions. For too long, lactation consultants have practiced in isolation, navigating ethical dilemmas without guidance, watching tool-dependent approaches dilute the field's integrity, and struggling to sustain practices that honor both their values and their need to make a living.Professional organizations lack the resources to provide real community or practical support. The field is fragmenting across generational divides about ethics. Commercial pressures are pushing IBCLCs toward conflicts of interest. Social media rewards clickbait over evidence. And few are talking about how to navigate AI, develop IBCLC-specific clinical protocols, or position lactation support as the essential public health work it truly is.This cannot continue. The mission is clear:Advancing professionalism in the lactation field through sustainable ethics, physiologically-grounded practice, and public health integration so that integrity-driven practitioners thrive and families receive the breastfeeding care they deserve. The field needs a new infrastructure. We've already got professional organizations with membership dues and big conferences. We have training programs that teach tools and billing codes, clinical mentorships for before and after IBCLC certification, and plenty of options for continuing education. What do we need? A movement of integrity-driven practitioners who refuse to let the field lose its way.Evolve Lactation Pros is building that infrastructure and that movement. We provide what practitioners desperately need but cannot find anywhere else:Sustainable Ethics - frameworks for practicing with integrity while building financially viable careers, navigating WHO Code and professional standards in real-world scenarios, and resisting commercial pressures without martyrdom.Physiologically-Grounded Practice - clinical decision-making rooted in understanding how breastfeeding actually works, moving beyond tool-dependency to evidence-informed practice, and developing the “critical faith in breastfeeding on its own merits” that creates true expertise.Public Health Integration - positioning lactation support within broader public health frameworks, advocating for professional recognition and resources, and connecting individual practice to population-level impact.Evolve Lactation Pros is creating the community that doesn't exist. We are building the resources the field lacks.Frameworks for ethical decision-making. Protocols developed by and for IBCLCs. Guidance on emerging challenges like AI. Marketing strategies that work without compromising integrity. Clinical reasoning tools based on physiology, not products. Advocacy training that gives practitioners voice in policy conversations. We are elevating the entire profession.Because when individual practitioners practice with integrity, the whole field benefits.Because when enough of us understand physiology deeply, we shift what's considered normal practice.Because when we position ourselves as public health professionals, we change how the healthcare system sees and values our work.Because families thrive when they're cared for by resilient, skilled, ethical lactation consultants who are supported in their own growth. This is not about judgment. This is about standards. We're not dividing the field into “good” and “bad” practitioners. We're inviting committed practitioners to do the ongoing work of professional growth. We're acknowledging that none of us is perfect, all of us have biases, and excellence requires continuous reflection and learning.Evolve Lactation Pros is building a space where practitioners can admit uncertainty, examine their assumptions, make mistakes, and grow - together. You're invited. You belong here. What we build together is going to change the field. What you will gain and how you will grow is going to change your practice and your career trajectory. In this thought-provoking episode of The Health and Wellness Coach Journal Podcast, Dr. Jessica Singh is joined by Lewin Keller, founder of CoachBot.ai, an AI platform on a mission to make coaching accessible to one billion people. After undergoing his own profound transformation — from couch potato to Ironman, from consumer to yoga teacher, and from party animal to father of three — Lewin trained as a professional coach himself. His personal journey from corporate burnout to balance and alignment has shaped his mission to build ethical technology that amplifies human connection rather than replaces it. With tech experience ranging from startups to Google, he combines AI tools, no-code technology, and the vision of a coach-centered marketplace to empower coaches to create their own AI products — for easier client acquisition, delivery, and scalable impact. Together, Dr. Singh and Lewin explore the evolving intersection of coaching, AI, and ethical considerations. Lewin gives an overview of the use of LLMs (large language models) in a coaching context, and shares how thoughtfully designed tools can support coaches with onboarding, session summaries, and accountability. allowing coaches to focus on curiosity, empathy, and deep listening. Lewin also delves into ethics in AI, including topics such as privacy, consent, “ethical memory,” and the essential role of human oversight in maintaining client safety and trust. Lewin emphasizes that technology should serve as a partner to coaches, not a substitute, and that ethical design must remain at the core of innovation. The episode concludes with Lewin's advice for coaches seeking to bridge the gap between technology and practice—encouraging curiosity over fear, discernment over dismissal, and innovation grounded in compassion. This episode is both practical and deeply reflective, reminding listeners that the future of coaching lies not in choosing between humanity and technology, but in thoughtfully integrating the two. Do your emotions control you—or are you ready to control them?In Part 3 of Clearing Limiting Beliefs & Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind, Dr. David Snyder dives deeper into the process of emotional release and subconscious reprogramming. This episode explores how unresolved emotions shape behavior, limit growth, and keep you trapped in repetitive cycles—often without your awareness.Dr. Snyder walks you through practical methods for identifying, feeling, and releasing emotional blocks stored in the body. He emphasizes that real healing doesn't come from avoiding pain, but from fully acknowledging and transforming it.If you've ever felt like you're doing the inner work but nothing seems to change, this episode will help you understand why—and how to finally break through the mental and emotional barriers holding you back.Quotes:"Dissociation never leads to resolution. It leads to stagnation.""When you finally get the emotion clear and you've done an actual intervention that's leading to resolution, you will have a spontaneous epiphany about that experience." "When you see the emotions come up, let them come up and out. Don't try to lock them down. Don't try to repress them. Don't try to manage them. Let them come out. That's what makes you sick."Actionable Takeaways:Acknowledge emotional resistance. Instead of suppressing discomfort, observe it without judgment. Resistance often signals the area most in need of healing.Use the “point to where you feel it” technique. Physically locating sensations helps bring subconscious emotions into conscious awareness.Let emotions complete their cycle. Allow yourself to feel the full emotion—without suppressing it—so the energy can naturally release.Reframe emotional meaning. Ask, “What is this emotion trying to teach me?” to turn pain into insight.Anchor new emotional patterns. Reinforce positive states by visualizing and embodying them daily, training your subconscious to default toward peace and confidence.Episode Timeline:00:00:26 – Addressing Overwhelming Emotions During Reframing00:00:45 – The Importance of Venting Emotions00:01:16 – How Emotional Processing Works: Neurogenic Tremoring Explained00:04:45 – The “Magic Frame” Technique and Its Significance00:08:49 – Numbness as a Feeling and Regression Techniques00:10:40 – Advanced Methods: Holonomic Regression and Self-Resolution00:12:46 – Residual Feelings and The Transformational Triad (Magic Frame, Spinning, Color Breathing)00:14:39 – Interpreting Emotional Sensations Through Color and Vibration00:17:45 – Q&A: Can We Consciously Control the Subconscious?00:20:20 – Practical Exercises: State Control & The Universal Persuasion Protocol00:24:22 – Using Indifference for State Control and Its Limitations00:27:44 – The Role and Limitation of Progressive Desensitization00:29:21 – Dealing With Traumatic Releasing When It Feels Unsafe00:31:00 – Ethical Considerations for Interventions Without Follow-Up00:34:20 – Explaining Spiritual Concepts in a Secular or Atheist Context00:37:34 – Bucket Listing: Thematic Listing and Rating of Fears00:43:06 – Systematic Approach to Emotional Clearing and Self-Improvement00:46:49 – Building Skills & Confidence with Reframing and the Transformational Triad00:47:08 – Participant Feedback & Announcement of Upcoming Relationship Workshop00:49:07 – Why Focus Naturally Goes to the Most Traumatic Experiences & Overcoming Them00:53:54 – Discussion on Spiritual Guidance, Higher Power, and Ethics00:57:01 – Closing Remarks and Contact InformationLinks:To learn more about Dr. David Snyder and everything about NLP, visit:Website: https://www.nlppower.com/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@DavidSnyderNLPInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/davidsnydernlp

Helena explains her motivation for building AIDA, an AI-powered digital advisor designed to make quality financial guidance accessible to people who traditionally couldn't afford it. She discusses the challenges of creating technology that isn't just functional but genuinely supportive, conversational, and capable of replicating the empathy and understanding that clients expect from a human advisor. The discussion covers some of the hottest topics in financial services today: Why expert-trained AI models can handle not just processes and compliance, but also the relational side of advice. How regulation, liability, and accreditation will need to evolve as AI steps into roles once reserved for humans. The emotional side of money and why understanding client behaviour is as important as the numbers. The potential for AI to support collaboration across professions, from solicitors to accountants, creating a joined-up “team of digital advisors” around the customer. Helena also shares her belief that service industries, just like retail before them, are on the cusp of massive disruption, and why the firms that embrace AI will be best placed to thrive. Mini-brains in space. Did you know that we can study something called brain organoids, effectively mini-brains, in the special conditions in space, on the International Space Station, and that such studies may help us with diseases like Alzheimers, Autism or Parkinsons?
